Does anyone make a 3.5mm bit holder to fit in 1/4 hex screwdrivers. Milwaukee and Klein use 3.5mm bits not the 4mm standard that ifixit and wiha use
two issues: Magnetic tip holder like wiha can pull tiny screws into the body if you accidentally put them near your work without a bit in them (be prepared to have your day ruined if you are on a job), I had to use super glue on the end of a toothpick to get a screw out of the handle on mine). Also, it would be nice to see how much play there is with an extension arm inserted like the ones that come in the various kits. I use Wiha and there is so much play (wiggle) with the extension in. Still looking for a more rigid holder...

Thanks for watching
Wera makes the best 4mm bit holder, but it uses half-moon bits.
Does that yellow wiha have plastic material for the bit holder?

@@htr5372 yes, that's what i thought so too. I really like the look and the shape of that Wiha pico finish, but the holder material turned me off. What i was looking for was steel or aluminum at the least. Nothing in the market suits what i wanted. Long story short, i made my own 4mm bit handle. Or modded to be exact. I bought PB Swiss precision screwdriver for the handle and Wiha 4mm extension holder for the bit holder. I took out the PB swiss shaft, shorten the Wiha shaft and inserted it into the PB swiss handle. Also took out the wiha hex shaft, insert 2 pieces of 5mm neodymium magnet from the back and put the shaft back in place. Now i have a good looking better grip handle with metal holder+spring clip+magnet. No wobble whatsoever with the inserted bit 😁
