Maybe because her second language is Spanish. In Spanish language all the sounds are more clear with no diphthongs. It can result in Stefanie's super-clear pronunciation even in English.

A few months ago, I decided to test my English level by doing an online English test. At first, everything was great because I reached the upper-intermediate level, and I couldn't believe, I thought that I was wrong because I didn't feel that confidence that I need to talk to other person in that level or even understand he or she when speaking, but now I truly believe in me I can confidently say that I can understand what you say and what you thought, which is incredible.
