You should not have revealed the answers until she answered all 3. It kind of skews her guesses going forward since in her first guess she already learned who the Chinese person was.

No it was this lovely family in Torrance Ben and Kristeen Ho. I babysat their 3 kids so they could go on date nights in exchange for cooking classes.

The thing is there are different versions of mapo tofu, cantonese mapo tofu is different from szechuan. The Chinese girl’s recipe leans more cantonese style tbh. Ofc szechuan is probably the original so thats the mainstream view of it

@@georgewang2947 I am questioning her statement. According to the statement the rice is good because of the rice cooker. I do not agree with her statement and I do agree the amount of water plays a huge favor in whether you'll have dry hard rice ,white rice porridge, or good rice.

Do you not know the definition of a Chinese American? They’re ethnically Chinese but born and raised in the US. Their personalities are definitely more American of course

And is that a problem? There’s plenty of “Americanized” people with immigrant parents. It’s the norm in most cities in the US.
