That isn't fixed. It depends on which role you are joining and what was your salary in previous company. But yes for a specific role there is a max limit , beyond that you won't get

Will MasterCard accept 90 days of notice period?

They does as far as i know, but the preference would always be people serving notice. i would suggest to apply only when you have 45 days left not before that.
