Master the Unstoppable Force of Inertia in Wing Tsun for Insane Results!

Inertia plays a huge role in martial arts. In Wing Tsun we express it through chisau. In wrestling we express it in hand fighting and takedown set ups. In jiujitsu, we use it constantly from top position or bottom position. In Kali, we use it constantly, especially Newton's third law.
In this video, I demonstrate some basics of the 1st section of chisau and then I do a bit free chisau to demonstrate what happens organically once you have developed this feeling or understanding of inertia in practice.

It is all about redirecting force/energy to a different place than where it was going. Wing Tsun is great at it with the hand/arm movements.
