Master the Art of PCD Marking: Essential Tips for Precision Drilling

When it comes to marking out holes for fabrication and drilling it's hard enough of it's own, but being able to mark out Pcd is a whole different ball game.
In this video I believe I have made Pcd super super easy to follow and apply it to the job you are working on whether that be matching or fabrication and welding.
Using all of the tools you will need a metal rule, set of dividers, hammer, scribe, metal rule and dot punch.
I really hope that you were able to find what you needed on my channel and I will try my best to keep giving you as much information as I can.
My channel aims to help beginner welders and welders that are looking to upskill into deeper darker waters, make sure to subscribe so you do not miss out.
Thanks for stopping by keep burning and learning.
Curtis!

Hi there, life has been incredibly busy that is why I have not posted anything and may come back to KZread eventually. But to answer your question, get your diameter of your circle, then your pitch, so your space apart the holes need to be. Once you figure that out. Find your centre line and dot punch that marking. Scratch your first “dot” “hole” along your diameter circle line, then work off that going around each dot until you have your five, but you have to figure out your space apart. It’s hard to explain it on here and much easier in person. I hope that helps at all ☺️
