Always welcome, Crash 💜 Yes, a strong low is a low that takes out the most recent high and the opposite is true for a strong high. When we see multiple strong highs/lows we will have a downtrend/uptrend!

Fantastic information but one important bit of information was not covered. What time zone are you drawing the zones from, the same timeframe you are trading or a higher timeframe? I know many people mark up the 15 and then trade the 5 or something like that.

Thank you for the kind comment 💙 That's a great question. You can draw your S&D zones on your trading timeframe. But you can also draw them on a higher timeframe, then zoom in (usually by a factor of 6 to 4) to find more precise entries. I definitely should have mentioned it in the video, so thank you for pointing it out 👍

what's the best time frame to chart the S&D zones and what's the best time frames to look for you entry? Great and informative video! Thank you!

Many thanks for the kind words 💙 As for your question. You can look out for S&D zones on pretty much all time frames. The "best time frame" will mostly depend on your trading style. Are you day trading or swing trading? For day trading I like the 5-minute and 15-minute time frames and for swing trading a time frame of 1-hour to 4-hour is more suitable.

Always welcome buddy! God bless you too 🙏 As for your question, I suggest finding the strong high/low points on your trading time (the timeframe you are trading on). It works on pretty much all time frames. (just make sure that what you are trading has sufficient liquidity, especially if you are on the lower time frames)
