I trained with Dean in LV a few years ago, really down to earth and a solid BJJ practioner

I met Dean Lister in Guadalajara in 2005 in a local fights show... Had a few minutes chat with him and a real gentleman... Good to see you are doing great Champion... By the way he speaks perfect spanish
