I practice Karate. I have to say this is likely the best Korean form I've seen. I've never understood why with Korean Martial Arts being so fast and aesthetic, forms always look so lazy, soft and quite frankly weird. This is didn't feel lazy. It still looks soft, but it is by far the best form performance I've seen.

Im a Cho Dan in PKSA i just learned Chil Sung Sa Row this form looks cool and I cant wait to learn it in 10 or 15 years

I always wanted to know the aplications (Bunkai) of the Chil Sung forms. I never have seen a video or some information about it.

Jared Smith this is tang soo do. In tang soo do, we don’t call them katas. Forms are hyungs in Korean martial arts. Kata is more of Japanese name. But yes, it is the final Hyung in tang soo do. Started learning chil sung when I was an orange belt. I have only learned 5 of the chil sung hyungs. I am still working on improving all 5 I’ve learned so far. Would love to learn 6 and and 7 one day. Tang soo to you.
