    Yes this is a good question and I should clarify that. I buy the bulk jar of liquitex basics primary colors and then I transfer the paint into a large squeeze bottle and mix in a little bit of water (about 10% water max) it’s not that much water and you can simply dip your brush in the water or spray your paints with a mister to get similar outcomes. Sometimes you don’t want to add water so I also reserve some paint with no water for when you want to get more texture.
