2:20 When he took your pawn, you should have taken his centered pawn. It would have also defended your rook.

I find missing a minute or two of analysis after each game. It helps to highlight the important moments of the game.

The Fantasy variation game was serious comedy. Do you prefer Bc5 before Qb6 usually?

Bc5 usually in this version. Going 3…Qb6 is also fine!

You see? No Accelerated Panov Attack is played at this level. It will crush. Also the strong Two Knights Attack is not played either.

Two Knights Attack is not strong. Black equalizes easily.

@@meowcat5596 At 1200 or at GM? Did you see a single two knights attack in all his caro kann videos? Part of the reason of it's strength is unfamiliarity. Same with fantasy. This is the first video I've seen his opponent play it.

@@meowcat5596 According to the database only the exchange variation gives equal chances for white at 1600. Everything else is better chances to win for black. I checked again. The fantasy variation is the best with 52% for white but I found it feels very strange to play. I need more practice. Fantasy best, then Panov then two knights, then accelerated Panov are best winning chances.
