'That's a real man here. Why would you need a bishop, when you're down a rook...' 😂
Yesterday I won my first game in the local chess club with the Caro, thanks to these videos. Thank you so much!
i've been speed running the videos on your channel and it helped so much thank you very much
What did I just see? 🤣 Caro with a free juicer? 💪Caro with pawn cube attack? 🔥Long live longer videos 👍
Love the longer videos! Thank you Alex.
Love your videos! Keep up the good work man!

another great video, thanks Alex :)
Excellent as usual
A real man of culture 😂😂
2:20 When he took your pawn, you should have taken his centered pawn. It would have also defended your rook.
I find missing a minute or two of analysis after each game. It helps to highlight the important moments of the game.
The Fantasy variation game was serious comedy. Do you prefer Bc5 before Qb6 usually?

Bc5 usually in this version. Going 3…Qb6 is also fine!
Aye, much love for the longer videos ❤
This is my rating and it seems everyone know 15 moves of theory 😞
I would like to ask you, in the tartakower caro Kann when white puts their bishop on e2, where do we place our bishop??? Thanks for any answer and keep up the great work

F5 or e6 are fine! G4 is also not a disaster either.
Any plan to make this opening course on chessable?

I have it in mind, but nothing concrete yet.
nice content do a scotch run please!!!!!!!!
Game 3 😅😅😅
22:01 - what about knight takes pawn on e5?
Why would you take the bishop when you’re down a rook.
You see? No Accelerated Panov Attack is played at this level. It will crush. Also the strong Two Knights Attack is not played either.

Two Knights Attack is not strong. Black equalizes easily.

@@meowcat5596 At 1200 or at GM? Did you see a single two knights attack in all his caro kann videos? Part of the reason of it's strength is unfamiliarity. Same with fantasy. This is the first video I've seen his opponent play it.

@@meowcat5596 According to the database only the exchange variation gives equal chances for white at 1600. Everything else is better chances to win for black. I checked again. The fantasy variation is the best with 52% for white but I found it feels very strange to play. I need more practice. Fantasy best, then Panov then two knights, then accelerated Panov are best winning chances.
