I shopped around for a weeks before I could commit on my first barber trim. lol I don't trust anyone with it. Luckily for me I found a great one.

I wish they would put the either name of the haircut or the technical numbers like 3 or 2 on the sides with taper just as an example. I really like some of these haircuts i don't know how to describe to my barber

I wish I could grow a full beard. I can do the mustache and goatee thing but if I try to grow a full beard I look like I have moss growing on my cheeks. There's also quite a bit more whiskers on the right side than the left.

Great cut. Loved that he said it’s nice that’s it’s not a skin fade for a change. I’m not dissing the cut whatsoever... but I almost think he looked better before? I don’t know... thatbdarker tone to the hair on the sides going in to the beard... may just be because I’ve stopped getting fades atm...

Some styles definitely look a little off on certain head shapes and with different textures of hair. It's all about figuring out what looks best for you, personally. Hope this helps! - Jack

I love this Master Barber. Where is he located? I have a feeling he's in London, and an appointment with him would motivate me to book a trip to London to see him. His demeanor is so pleasant and I like how he describes his cutting and thought process during the cutting session. Does anyone know if there is someone like him, possibly in New York? Or elsewhere? First let me say your awesome... next a question I have grown mine out for about 2 months and have yet to have it trimmed and shaped. My beard is straight haired with a little curl to it what's the best way to shape it? Straight or Round?

That's really a personal preference. If you want to go for a more natural beard shape, round is a good choice, but straight is also awesome too. From how you describe your beard, it sounds like it's got a bit of a wave to it.
