Little extra tip for safer DPs: If you do them with the 3,2,3 shortcut you'll be crouching the entire time, have a shorter hitbox and thus more time to DP.

you can also wiggle between 1 and 3 (on stick at least) and hit punch at any time to get an autocorrect DP. a deliberate crosscut could be more effective though since it can walk under.

​@@PaddyRoon7I remember testing this, and I think it is often around 2 frames. But with Zangief jMK and Luke jHP hitting you real early, it could be up to 4 frames of difference. Those frames really matter tho, when the difference is their jump-in into your face.

Brine back at it again with amazing tips and tricks. As an intermediate player stuff like this is super helpful. Having a gameplan after you make a conversion is key to locking in wins, there have been so many times where I hit a combo and I default to just going for grabs because I don't have any other mix up my sleeve. Definitely implementing this into my gameplay!

I didn't know about the fireball charge and command grab in the corner. Thanks Brian. I'm trying to anti air with back HK cuz the damage is ridiculous for an anti air if you convert

2:53 in theory a charge player can hold parry to keep charge while parrying the jumpin and then reversal afterwards. i'm not doin that but someone else probably does

Even if you PP the jump in will be safe from a flash kick and if you mistime you're eating a punish counter throw so it's pretty risky

The command grab after throw is really really reactable. If you know the setup, you can hold ip on reaction, it takes over half a second. I would dash up mk, that hits meaty. +6 on hit, 0 on block and easily confirmable. Dont even need the counter hit to go into cmp, od hashogeki for massive dmg, beats jump back dash and mash and 9 on block, you can even do the hk behind it for the overhead if its blocked

Hard to do as apparently the hurtbox extends up before the hitbox

Although Heavy Kick has scaling, you can do a Drive Rush Heavy into Demon. That’s 50% right there.

I was able to grab the command grab on wake up. Didn't know that was a thing.

Hey, new sf6 player here, played other fighting games like gg strive and tekken 8 but no sf6, i have a genuine question, why do people not jump throws? Like people prefer to either tech throws or mash but they never jump, even though air juggle combos in sf are significantly weaker than something like strive, Eating a CH meaty sounds worse than being hit airborn in sf to me. But again, i dont know

i dont know if youve been asked this question before, but have you ever thought about branching out into being a coach too? in MOBAs like dota and league, a lot of people have made a decent dollar or two off of being a private coach for players willing to pay. If you have thought about it, but didnt, why not? what keeps you away from that opportunity? cuz as far as i can see, you are really good at analyzing and explaining different strats in an easy to consume way.

Good simple one is back Hk demon flip dive kick into dp, you can confirm into super if needed 👍, you can drive dash into Mk Hk target combo after the dive kick for a lil extra damage before dp

90% of my matches as akuma people using rollback frames to cook i walk backwards......(Randumb) Lag spike and I get hit hit...... But usually not until after i land a hit(combo). I regret even turning on the game sometimes as it feels like all the sauce gets completely wasted yeesh

None of this will matter if they don't stop messing with the rollback online. Next level lag switching going on every time i try playing neutral.and i dont need people getting on here saying anything about it cause i see it happening in real time. No purity at all in fgc cant even play literally using rollback frames to cook me so that every rock paper scissors interaction wirks out in their favor ive seen the ping delay and rollback all change in real time and happens always 20-30 minutes into set and gets progressively worse. Is gang stalking a thing in the fgc or is it Capcom?. I got JP and gief yo master rank but this is happening in my placement matches and all the way down at platinum rank with release of akuma. This is my hobby and as someone who has countless hours playing capcom fighters 1000+ in sf6 solely I can honestly say i may quit fighting games forever since it continues to happen even after they fix the rollback. Limted range 3-5 bars and 50 mps internet. I give up yall can have it.

answer this: are you playing on wifi or ethernet? also: have you enabled the option to only accept ranked matches from players with 4+ bars of connection? also, have you enabled the option to see opponents wifi before accept a ranked match? stop blaming

It's Ethernet I really like fighting games but I am just at point where I'm ready to stop playing really. Not fun when everyone cheats people definitely cheating out there so I guess someone taking it seriously. Been one of my favorite hobbies for years but it's no fun anymore if just one person reads this post and finds relief I'll be happy honestly....

@@xkoan-yy7lg it is what it is. This happens on wifi and landline matches both. Would you be having fun if this happened to you every day you try to play? I already posted the limited and 3-5 earlier on search so don't blame me. I appreciate the suggestions however like I said earlier I see it happening in real time with the rollback.I literally only play neutral (because of the uncertainty when lag spike will hit)until the opponent (usually) makes a mistake I land a hit then play neutral and they try to run the clock down. Now you know everything yet I'mstill here left with no answer and a seemingly endless army of opponents who lagswitch or rage quit. Next level cheating going on out there people need to wake up. Too obvious sometimes especially when you win against it. This is the only reason I still play ever at all. How some of these people still lose ever?
