3.18 I've done my undergraduate Here it's not a recent action but still, we use the present percent tense. It's not about just finished action. It's all about a finished action but we wanna connect with the present. I bought vegetables in the morning (past also finished action ) I've bought vegetables, maybe my mom can cook vegetable rice for me( connecting the past with the present) I drank a cup of milk, (past) I've drunk a cup of milk, I don't want anything now, ( connecting the past with the present) I wrote a letter yesterday I've written a letter, it may come for no time.

I did Bsc in 1991. I have done Bsc. When we do mention exact time of past we use simple past but without mention any time we use present perfect tense. Means just about completed not about the exact time of occurring

Clear and concise presentation of the tenses! By the way, be careful because "everyday" spelled as one word is an adjective, so we should use "every day" spelled as two words as an adverb, as in the sentence "I learn grammar every day."

Simple past: used for what you used to do a long time ago . Present perfect: what you've done recently. Eg: (Simple past) I used to eat outside. , (Present perfect) I have eaten my lunch.
