Which climate is suitable for such farming

I noticed few snails that look more yellow than the others. Might be interesting to separate those and see if their babies would be more yellow also.

Am living in Freetown- Sierra Leone and we do have demand for snails. We only fetch snails in the wild( cocoa, coffee plantations)
