Thank you. I've been experiencing a violent shaking like an electricity weithin especially my arks and sdhoukders as a result my shoulders get very sore axnd my husband kindly gives me a massage I'm a l'm so exhausted and find it difficult to get things done my days run and I feel I can't cope. Is this aligning me with the awakening and rising if energies. Love gratitude peace to you and all Life all Life is One. 💛

The 2. Kundalini awakening is happening to me, but I was told that I had to learn Kechari mudra, or the Amrita would be lost, and burn in the rot chakra. And I don't want to learn that mudra. So you give me Hope that it's not nesserary 🙏

Is it possible that the sun is cold?❤ I had a death experience.a couple. Wasn’t till 2015 was the beginning of the wake up. And in scientific only 11 days old atomic cell make up. Which really gives me a real issue in explaining to some people. I’m so glad to hear the way you speak! ❤

Thank you so much to both of you for this podcast, which was yet again so clarifying about the healthy order for moving forward. This is pretty much how I learned about spiritual awakening without any mention of Kundalinis at the time, about thirty five years ago and onwards. These latest streams of conflicting info on line about twinflames & Kundalini awakening & sexuality has really completely put me right off of the subject of Kundalini awakening, so thank you in great measure for supporting my view on this subject. I really started to feel for the latest few years that I had come to a wrong planet or a wrong Universe. Love your two talks I'm not sure if I had a kunalini awaking few years ago I lay to do my afternoon meditation a lilian Eden one who's an Amazing psychic even my dog calms to her meditations I hadn't got to far in when I could seen a bright light vrack through my facing wall it felt as if a energy had shot up my body but it knocked me completely out when I came it I felt so Amazing and love like I'd never felt before but I thought have I had a stroke because I couldn't move my mouth felt like it had fell to one side I don't no how long it took me to get feeling back in my body if felt like a while but I was on a high for days had a mini one simula few days later or did I realise a dmt in my brain I'm not sure but after I because obsessed with spiritual life live and breath it daily all day ever since I have fibromialga that has same things as spiritual awakening can be confusing thank ypu both ❤❤

This was not explained well in the interview. R o b e r t J G i l b e r t of the V e s i c a I n s t i t u t e is much more organized and is a wealth of information on topics such as this. Sorry I had to space out his name and foundation. My comments keep disappearing. It's so hard to find clear answers to life's difficult questions. 🙏

This interview sort of requires you to have some basic knowledge about the subject of kundalini. There are many great resources available online and on youtube. "Brent Spirit" has a youtube channel dedicated to the subject.
