The 90's was the first time I ever achieved waist-length hair lol! I'm back to using the same "old school" products S-curl moisturizer spray, Blue Magic grease, Queen Helene Cholesterol conditioner(!) and now I'm inches away back to waist length 💃

@@GoldenKingdom-kp6dt I remember it being very simple and basic, I washed it with any sulfate shampoo on hand, deep conditioned with Queen Helene Cholesterol under a heat cap for 20 minutes, sprayed generously with S Curl and sealed it in with grease, and kept it in a bun 99% of the time. Always covered it up in a scarf to bed. It worked! Consistency was also the key, and believing that I would achieve my goal.☺️

I've been using grease for about 2 weeks now, and after a slight trim of my split ends, my hair is getting less tangled and no new splits

Along with these good, simple products, one of the keys is focusing on length retention/ avoiding hair breakage. Your hair is already growing, it's more about maintaining what you're growing anyway. Less, and very gentle, manipulation, and not letting the hair get too dry. Keep up the good work 🙂

I’m new to your channel, you are on the right track with these products, I started using 90s products consistently for 3 years after getting mad for breakage I received from using natural hair products of today that had too much protein and not enough moisture balance--my 90s products restored my hair and my edges, I’m at waist length--the brands I use is motions, bronner bros, African pride, Africa’s best, blue magic, ampro, and soft sheen Carson products. 😊 these are my official ride or die products. Lol

Ohhh okay I'm an OG and yes these things are great!! I'm only 55 but yes I still use this till this day!!! DAX was the best , the smell of the original DAX not great. But they have other kinds that don't that strong smell . All of those products you mentioned I use!!! No lie I still use them and I add virgin hair fertilizer also. I love twists, your twists came out beautiful 👌🏾👍🏾 Thanks for sharing and God bless 🙏🏾🤗🎄

I think once you become in tune with taking good care of your head young old male or female it's a sign you take good care of yourself I know many say don't judge a book by it's cover but if the cover look good it kinda make you wanna read it😅
