Thank you for doing this review. I have watched other individuals do a review on @Deerfamy tents, comparing them with tents that are double the price. I believe this is unfair. Your review was very fair. Hello! I live in Northeastern Oklahoma. Yep Oklahoma! I bought this same tent last month so I can go cold camping here in Oklahoma. (No ice fishing here) I am a 5'3" woman. I camp by myself, so all set up is accomplished by ME. I have used this tent four times, and I love it. I have camped in windy temps around 23 degrees. I use a @Big Buddy® Portable Heater for warmth. There are two ventilation slits on the top of the tent. Since, I am the only one in the tent. I sleep on a cot , there is room for a small table and the two tubs that I have my supplies in. There is a black tarp for the floor to cover the ice. (If needed) It has two hatches in the black tarp so that only the fishing hole is exposed. There is velcro around the bottom of the tarp and the bottom of the tent. I put a tarp on the ground before I set up the tent. (I am on the ground, not ice.) I know that there are heavier quilted hub tents available, but I don't need something heavier and more expensive for what I am using it for. Since, the odds of me going north to ice fish is VERY slim I am very happy with this tent. Just a side note...This tent is not waterproof. Because it is quilted, water will be absorbed into the fabric, as with all quilted material the holes from the sewing needles leave tiny holes. Absolutely, no issue, except if it rains.

That is outstanding to hear. What a awesome setup you must have. I haven't been able to get this on ice yet as we are having a crazy year, most lakes im on by now have 5" except this year most are still open water. I hope to do the same camp on ice, but for floor ill be using those puzzle locking foam mats to insulate from ice melting. I may cut a stove jack in at some point so I can use woodstove instead of big buddy at times. I have the black tarp, my fear is I wear ice cleats on lakes and I will probably rip it up real easy. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your story, its much appreciated.

Weird thought. With this being a quick pop up, wouldn't this be a good tent option too? Could be a 4 season shelter, yeah?

Possibly yes, I would definitely run a tarp over it. My experience with ice hubs of all makes is they aren't 100% waterproof. Which is fine, usually not dealing with rain when ice fishing. You could also cut a area to attach a fireproof stove jack.

I camp in it in Oklahoma. I have the same tent. I use a @Big Buddy propane heater for heat.

I use the big buddy also. If you don't use one definitely grab a carbon monoxide detector just incase.
