I've got something real cool. It's a brass, engraved tin, obviously made by hand, I think it might be German, but kn the inside of the lid it has a filigree with the kings crown, and on the outside of the lid there are 2 bullets in each side of a coin. One is German and the other is british. The coin is 1912. The other idk, date is kn the wrong side in the middle there is a bullet drilled through another bullet to form an x. I wish whoever's made it engraved the story. It's real old, clearly made from a very large shell casing
I’m one of those who ordered a box full of the international coins. I felt intimidated at first talking to a celebrity, but Mr Coin Guy was great to deal with - staying humble after becoming famous on KZread. Hope to order more after your next video upload. Thanks SpegT.
LOL...I'm the guy with the 2 boxes mentioned....1 box France and 1 box Switzerland...and boy am I having fun with them!!! I also bought one of the silver grab bags and 20 pounds of the bulk world coins from the first offering.... I'll be happy to consider more, Coin Guy and his son in law are GREAT folks to deal with!! Thanks for introducing them to me Speg!!

@andy anderson I do indeed! I'm currently busy making Christmas gift bundles for some special friends...with world coins from the year of their birth AND in most cases a few coins that were 100 years old the year they were born! makes a VERY cool and interesting gift !!

@@Chrisinsocal I called the shop by phone. Spoke to the son in law Nathan. I am totally happy playing with my coins (that's actually what I'm doing right now! ) and setting up Christmas gifts for friends! If you're looking for something in particular let them know and maybe they will have it.
Please do every week a video with this awesome human being and a classy collector/ seller. 😆 Not only I enjoy watching Coin Guy but also this kind of videos are my favorite ones because I'm mostly into foreign coin collecting. This feels like I'm in Heaven!

Sadly, there are not many coin shops like this anymore. They have all become bullion dealers. Coin Guy is like a blast from the past. I love visiting his shop. Always something cool in there!
I love these “coin guy” videos!
Absolutely love listening to guy talk about the old coinage and how some countries made them. Fascinating!
Fascinated from beginning to end. Coin Guy is irreplaceable. Encore Encore Encore!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Coin guy seems like a really nice person,,, he's someone that can talk to you for weeks straight and never get bored with it. I love meeting people like that, and all the knowledge they have and they love to teach.
The man who put this collection togeather was a life truely well spent , must be the 10th time I’ve watched this video
I love listening to you two. I learned a lot today. Especially that about the silver in the middle of the Mexican coin’s. I have quite a few of those, never would have known! I would love to visit his store.

His knowledge is mind blowing. Thanks for sharing with us.
I just finished talking with a friend who’s a gold mining engineer. I haven’t seen The coin guy in awhile so here I am . He’s such an honest and wise man. He’s taught me a lot . Thanks . 🙏
I enjoy the hobby, don't get me wrong, but I see coins like this, and collections like this, and I know I'll never have a set anywhere near this. That Hu-Peh china coin is amazing, and these prices just blow me away. Aint got nothing around me like this except one silver shop that sells coins with huge premiums because they have no competitors. We have two local coin shows but it's the same 7 vendors each time. Speg, you're a lucky guy to have shops like this around you.
These guys in Spring Hill are all NYC transplants, Good People. Smart People. I do homing pigeon racing and I'm there yearly to do my visits. Coin guy is top of the tree. Listen up yall

Very impressive for Coinguy to go through all those coins, make sure he knows what everything is worth, and maintain his business for his other customers. Many US coin dealers only know US coins, for him to know all those world coins is even more impressive. I would love to sit down with him and talk history.
14:30 : Hope you grabbed that Prussia 1776 1/3 Thaler with mintmark B, minted in Breslau/ Silesia, Speg ! It would have been a real bargain and a pretty good addition to your Prussian Thaler from 1867 !
Thanks for sharing. I always love watching the coin guy, you can tell he loves what he does :).
Last guy I talked to with his collection. I said hoard also, and he said excuse me 😂 collector he said not hoarder. That there was no amount of money could buy his collection. And let me tell you what I saw was amazing and totally understood what collecting really is. 👏
I love this guy. Hes so honest about what your seeing and buying. That's why I follow.
Thanks for taking us with. The coin guy sure is a good guy, so informative. Thank-you again!!! 😎🌼

I've watched this about a hundred times now. Always a go-to when working on my coin hunt lists. I dream of having a collection like the one this guy traded in. Was happy to snag the countries I was able to get. The golden age of coin collecting I feel is past. 1920s to 1970s was perhaps the best time. Circulating coins were silver, prices were manageable, older coins were out and about in greater frequency. I was born too late to enjoy that time.
GREAT! I could listen to Coin Guy all night. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to more.
I remember this coin shop in Spring Hill when I lived there, now back in Connecticut, this man always hooked me up with good coins for cheap especially wheat pennies!
I love the Coin Guy!! The father of goodness and honesty in the coin world!!! I would sell to him and not haggle a stitch I trust and love him so much!!
Great Video!! Love this Guy and his Knowledge, Thank You for continuing to bring him to us. Yes, we are addicted, and need more, haha.
Thank You !!
I love this guy. He is awesome talented, with gun in holster. God bless this man.
My day is complete! The Coin Guy rocks!
The Coin Guy episodes are easily worth watching at least twice, keep 'em coming!
Every time that I watch one of your videos, I'm purely amazed in both of your knowledge. Amazing.
God bless guy,. Thoughts and prayers with your family....Please recuperate well, and I am sure we ALL are thinking of you. Rick of N.C.

I absolutely love these interviews. Thank you.
I’d love to get a mix of countries! Like Britain, French, German. Preferably a good mix of ages, some old some newer . What a amazing collection.
Fun videos! I need to buy this guy a cup of coffee! His knowledge base is STUNNING!👍

Fascinating stuff. Love the history
You are lucky having that lot to look through - I would be there for days and end up probably keeping most of them lol
I had no idea that Mexican coin was silver! I have bags of those! Now I’m sitting here looking into them I have a shit load of silver in those coins! We went there twice when I was a kid and I brought back as many coins as I could. I know my parents have a bunch too.
Thank you for doing another great video with Coin Guy.
I do love the coin guy. I just checked to see how far the shop is from me.
It's like being at the coin shop doin coin talk. More coin guy videos! thanks !
This a gonna be another brilliant video !

I’m glad you got a laugh and enjoyed it. Mission accomplished for me.
regarding the German imperial coins (1871-1918)...back side is the same (eagle - 2 different types...early and later type), interesting is the avers...where every state has its own coat of arms or head of monarch...e.g. there was a king of Bavaria (everyone knows Ludwig II. builder of Neuschwanstein castle, who died under mysterious circumstances) whos picture is shown on the bavarian coins of the respective time period
If I was in your store, I wouldn't want to leave...I am interested in your pocket watches! Amazing!
That man loves his job! That is so much to go through. That would take me two years.
Thanks for the show it would be awesome to buy one of these boxes and look trough them.
Watched whole thing, had to pause to, (well you know, you only rent beer, but hey it is Friday night). I would love to own some of those very old large coins & metals. Just think of how many hands they have passed through during CENTURIES!!!! Paid off debits, bought farms, etc....
Many thanks to the Coin Guy and In my 1991 Krause catalogue, the 1924 Krone is $100 in fine as well, and $150 in VF.
Great vid. Interesting gent the Coin Guy. Hope to see more from the Coin Guy.
