Felt like a museum. COLD

The house is gorgeous and love the wine tasting room which is very unique. The only thing I don’t understand is the lack of imagination for the outdoor space. My house is not nearly the size and grandeur of this property, but I built a fantastic outdoor bar area and outdoor kitchen that puts this place to shame. I’m also in NJ and since we only have a few months a year of nice weather, I don’t want any reason to go inside during those few months. Now maybe the folks who own this place also own a house at the beach and don’t feel the added expense of expanding the outdoor amenities are worth it, but that’s the 1st thing I would do.

4.2 mil? This house is gorgeous, spacious, and on a grand scale. I just check Zillow, they dropped the price to $3,499 and the taxes are around $32,853 - what a fabulous house. The never-ending upkeep and radiate heat would cost a fortune. And just think how much time would go into picking out the perfect furniture pieces - a full time job.

It’s not 20 lol. That’s Just a lie they use. It’s like 45 mins to 1 hr with standard traffic from midtown Manhattan. Without traffic 30 mins.

The camera is using some type of filter to make the rooms look larger than they really are! How deceptive! It is a beautiful house; too bad we can’t get a real impression of a scale!

Who ever own the house may have money, but they have NO taste at all, every piece of furniture is so ugly and in reality the design is not that nice because they waste so much space and also is so much luck of taste in everything, money can not do everything so beautiful, is been practical and have good taste.
