markchin In the second part there is not to much. Laura is kidnapped by Nacho she spends a week with him. He kisses her. At the end of the book she is shot. In the third part Massimo must decide whether to save her or the child. He saved Laure. their marriage is in crisis. the author tries to disgust Massimo and makes him a monster. Laura falls in love with Nacho and the baby daughter is left with him.

He’s a mafia crime boss... this is not gonna end well for her. She is still alive; as the 2 other books reveal but what kind of relationship can they really have? Enjoy the ride while it lasts...that’s why it’s called a fantasy! 😉

Bad writting. The third book leaves Massimo bad, but leaves Laura worse. Instead of building a great female character, either because she and Massimo become a power couple, just as powerful and cunning, or because Laura leaves Massimo for sanity and to lead a crime-free life, she turns her into a superficial woman who is sexually aroused by any criminal who wishes to possess her. A waste of a female character.
