What model of mower would you recommend for my MF 4608?

Massey Ferguson 4608 has 63.5 PTO HP. DM287 needs 60 PTO HP but 9' 3" of bar can create side draft and Horsepower limits if you have contours. I would recommend the DM246 Farmer (7' 11" Cut) since it only needs 50 PTO HP which allows for extra HP for contours. Probably mow faster speed with DM246 versus DM287 with a 4608 Tractor.
Do you think the 2860e could run the DM246 being 2hp shy of the 50pto power.

You could probably mow more faster with the DM205 and is below the minimum PTO HP required (41 PTO HP). Think the DM246 would be a struggle since it is minimum 50 HP and the longer bar will have more side draft and if you need tractor hp to pull itself you won't have enough HP or your going to have to slow way down to do it.

@@VahrenbergImplement Thanks never ran a disc mower so I didn't know how conservative the pto power ratings are on them. I figure my field Is a bit rough so I wouldn't be able to go as quick as the mower would allow anyway and it's all flat. I'm loving the 2860e so far I upgraded from a Kubota L2501. I wish my local dealer would do videos and stuff.

Ratings are the Minimum on Flat Dry Ground for the Implement. The longer the bar the more tendency to pull the front end of the tractor around. Think you be much better off with the DM205.

Farmer Series Mowers are not available with conditioner option only the Professional Series Mowers offer Conditioner Option (DM255 Pro, DM306 Pro)
