feel old now....that was the first tractor i used back in 1982....but i must say i like my Quadtrac more now but good times in a 1200

Cracking video, that ground looked to be a bit hard

the plough I think is a bit worn plus the top link was too short causing the front furrow to dig too deep the 1200 gives out a nice roar though lovely to see

Its a Massey of course it will still be going :)

why is he running over his last furrow every round? the offset myst be all wrong

He's not, the plough's not turning the soil properly and it's falling back in the furrow.

That tractor's well able to pull, but could do with a lick of paint

It's hydraulic auto-reset - just needs the system pressurising a bit more, simple to do!

no spring loaded ...........springs need tightening up a bit .......boards not shined also making it harder to pull ........

The plough definitely needs to be set up properly...!!!

Bit of "T" cut on the bonnet and it'll look like new

Great Video Mate but the ploughing is dreadful. Nothing wrong with the equipment, it just needs setting properly. Then it will do a better job and be easier to pull.

That's the main thing along as engine is running :p

Shame the little Massey has been let go like that,what the hell is the matter with people leaving their gear go like that, shameful. Well filmed tho nice to see

"Yes the plough might not have been set up".....there's no "might" about it, good grief man, get the tape and spanners out!

For a late 1200 she is in a rite sad mess"! Has the foot throttle broken,? why is she set at that RPM,? Exhaust on its last legs" plus many other things that one can see just from looking at this clip, She needs to be taken out of action before you plough in the steps and restore her, Very sad how some folks just do not know how to look after that was once a very expensive piece of farming machinery,.

That's not ploughing, it's scratching..

No machinery has to rot away like that its disgraceful,some people just don't care
