I have been a massage therapist for over 4 years, and in this past year at least until a few months ago I felt my massage getting stale and repetitive. Your videos have really helped me find my passion again. Having good intentions really makes a difference in your massage. The clients can feel when your heart is not into your massage. Just having that mindset really helps with your focus and technique. I think you're and amazing and driven therapist. You are what all therapists should strive to be. Keep up the great work!

As a newly qualified massage therapist I totally understand where you are coming from .One could quite easily become stale and unimaginative

Spencer Thanks! Though I would never claim to be a massage therapist, you videos have helped me a lot. When I was younger, I had a Tae-Kwon-Do instructor that thought if we were learning to injure a human body, then we should learn how to heal it. Once a month we would have a healing arts class - simple massage techniques, acupressure, meditation, etc. Those special people in my life have benefited a lot. Now your videos give me a more detailed physiological approach when giving just a simple massage. You are amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Hi thanks for the vid! In terms of pressure, I was taught only to add pressure up towards the heart. However when you stand above the clients head it looks like you apply pressure downwards towards the feet. Is this correct or are you applying more pressure as you ‘pull’ back towards you when in this position? Hope my question makes sense. Thank you

I have been doing massage in HK for over 11 years. Here customers only want pressure and strength. Technique ,rhythm , connectivity , flow and fluidity ,continuity are irrelevant. People just want you to give them high pressure and pain. They veteran massage junkies. I wonder how western styled massage works in Hong Kong. Cultural differences make everything different I guess
