Good guide Cain, the QME is my favourite engineer as well because he has it all: Survivability, AoE nukes, Anti-shield & armor and a Damage Amplifier. What do you think about swaping the last perk of Quarian Defender for 3 points of TC, trading 10% permanent weapon damage for 15% overall damage increase, 15% snare and reveal ? Since basic mooks tend to quickly die to combo spam.

You could do the reverse and use Incinerate then arc grenades to do fire explosions which do more damage against armor; tech burst only do better damage against shields. When fighting reapers who mostly armor tank, using fire explosions would be a better choice if you don't want to stun and get a 1.5m less radius of effect. Classic & powerful build of course. Personally i have been using this character with a 6/0/6/6/6 build. I go with all weapon/H.shot damage in my passive. T.scan is built to do as much damage as possible with weapons/etc. You can pack on -200 weight & T.scan will only have a cool down of 10 seconds. Considering the fact that it last way longer then 10 seconds & that it's mainly used on bosses you really aren't hurting from that. So being able to use any 2 weapons for the situation is a nice deal.

8m seems pretty good on the arc grenade is the radius really necessary? You only adding 2m.

This build wrecks. I almost felt like I was in cheat mode against the Geth (until they spawned a Pyro on top of me and performed what I call an insta-stomp).

Ghost would have been a better map choice since it too allows for easy mode solo's and it's ammo boxes are grenade friendly. Solid guide though.

Nice vid Cain. Kinda slow... but still, a nice EZ mode vid. MQE is probably the best Engineer... better than the Demolisher by far IMO.

Use both, clip and heat sink. Its a lot of fun.

Do you really need to spend that lose six points for just 10% gun damage? I find putting those points into 3 levels of tactical scan is more useful for the bosses

Tactical Scan is not that great when you're soloing. Especially with only three points in, it doesn't last long enough.

He has a point. Watching a 40 minutes video is kind of boring. IMO. You've said every important things on the first ten minutes, the rest is redundant. Just an advice; Next time try to summarize things because im pretty sure that not all will watch a very long video but yeah nice vid and guide nonetheless.
