Hey brothas, can I become a Prince Hall Mason if I have tattoos on my face, neck, and rest of body? How can I become a freemason if I don't know any Masons?

Why would anyone want their character and virtue decided worthy by another man and his house? I am good enough for me and always will be, no matter what you judge of my character and virtue. A mans character is no true measure of his heart and virtue. It is merely a measure of his conscious in the moment it is judged. Character like the seasons, changes as you learn how to navigate the shadows of what you say is darkness. If there be even one photon of light in all eternity, then darkness is but an illusion, and there be no need to wish light upon anyone. So just as the light in a shadow cannot be measured a mans true heart and virtue cannot be measured, even of your ownself. Your compass is in great need of calibration.

A Mason has to be of good character. Some lodges are willing to consider a candidate's particular circumstances and accept someone who has a criminal record.

The best way to join is to find a local lodge and ask them what their process is. You can't join online it has to be in person. If you don't know where the closest lodge to you is you can contact the Grand Lodge of your State or Country and they will help you get the contact information that you need. This website can help you find the Grand Lodge of your area: www.ugle.org.uk/become-freemason/find-your-nearest-masonic-centre/lookup-area
