Kelly!!! I have had a horrible week....my baby who turned 10 today got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on Thursday. We spent his birthday weekend at Children's Hospital. I have went through soooo many emotions over this past week. Was having trouble sleeping tonight and ur video was top on my suggestions when I got on. God works in mysterious ways, because this video calmed me down so much. Like, I needed this normal...I watch all of your videos. I have made it my mission to make a "Kelly" inspired 1 layer card to send you for Christmas, simply because I adore you and you inspire me beyond words. You are an amazing woman Kelly.

Do you not have any personal boundaries? What on earth made you think sharing such personal information with perfect strangers is ok? Would you stand in line at the grocery store and discuss this with the cashier or some random person on the bus? Life is full of personal challenges but there is no need to share online with strangers. WOW!!!

Did you never watch the movie Bambi? Here’s a special line in that movie especially for you “ if you cant say anything nice, don’t say anything at all”. I sure hope you are having a good life!

What an amazing card. I do have to say that you inspire me allot. I actually constructed a whole card using nested arch dies and made it look like a mailbox on the corner. I cut a slot and then put his gift cards in the slot. I thought of this myself and think that when you are constructing things you rub off a little bit on me. Thanks so much for making me more daring.

Adorable card and really appreciated the tips on masking. I love watching you bring your card to life, such an amazing talent.

Such a cute card. I find it easier to have one piece of cardstock that i create the scene on using the masks and then have another piece that will be for stamping. Then i pop the mask one in the misti to pick up hte next stamps swap to the card piece stamp and then pop the mask on it. then line up swapping back an forth until there are no masks on the original piece then when your finished and remove them off the stamped piece you can pop them back onto the original template cardstock and keep in with the stamps for storage. i hope that makes sense. You could also use a piece of acetate for the original design layout and that would make a better long term storage for the masks *as in to remove and use again next time*

Beautiful Kelly! The tape doesn’t work well because the alcohol in the Copic removes the adhesive. I like Press N’ Seal. It sticks better for Copic coloring. This is a very fussy card for you, but Oh my gosh! So worth the watch! Just seeing those die cuts come to life was amazing! Those bells!…

Oh wow. I'm almost speechless. I will have to slow the colouring another time, but the masking was fantastic. I'm getting braver with my white (grey) colouring having followed you for a while now. I still struggle with the white gel pen and how to know where to put it. I’m so sorry for your poor child’s diagnosis and I’m sure that you had a million emotions. As for the one ‘frosty’ comment! This is a community of like minded people who genuinely care for one another, this lady had a bad enough week, so just move along without feeling the need to make her feel worse. This is also the season for kindness. kmaxwell, I hope you find a good support system from your child’s healthcare team and as you begin to learn how to care for him/her; things will become easier. Yes it’s personal, but don’t we all want someone just to say, it will all be ok. Especially in these familiar places we love to spend our time. Bless you and happy new year, as I’m behind!

Great card. Cute critters. I agree with you about blue being a neutral BUT if you ever make a Chinese New Year card or lucky envelope/packet, DO NOT use blue or ANY cool colour. Just FYI. Apparently it’s really inappropriate, possibly considered bad luck. Mama Elephant sells the best set of Lunar New Year stamps and dies that I’ve found but also apparently one of their sentiments - written in Chinese - turns a dragon into a fish. I don’t understand but with a Cantonese daughter in law I’m doing my best to learn. I hope you do something for that celebration: it’s fun, in some ways similar to our Christmas and New Year celebrations and in some ways very different.

Hi Kelly! I have a question.. I bought a big set of copic markers. I thought I bought the sketch ones and I must of hit the wrong button. I got the copic classic they have a small nib. Will they color like the sketch ones?

Investing now in crypto should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today. The Inflation is killing me prices is killing us all. The money made is not enough to sort everything out and the family. What we need is a lucrative business or investment. And I just did and very proud I did!!
