i passed the test yesterday!!! just wanted everyone to know that there will be a road test now. first the examiner tells you to go into one of the closed courses to do reverse parking and to stop at the two stop signs. after that, your examiner will enter your car and take you onto the road for the test. make sure to pay attention to signs bc whenever we turned on a new road, they would ask me what the speed limit is. luckily my examiner was also really chill and i made small talk with him while driving so i could relax a little. remember to be patient with pedestrians and other cars around. good luck everyone, you can do it!

@@bryansanchez8298 in the closed courses yes! when you’re at the end of test, they will also make you pull into a reserved parking lot and that’ll mark the end of the test.

From @its not me "I passed and yes so the test was reverse parking, then exiting the MVA onto ritchie highway, from there you make a right on wellham ave and then a right on furnace branch and from there a right onto ordnance road and then back to the MVA on ritchie" So there you go folks, you guys have to be ready for the road test too. IMO it won't be difficult like driving in the closed closure because you will have plenty of space on the open road. Good luck to you all ❤

I just took my test on Saturday at the Baltimore location and all I had to do was reverse parking and on the road test. You can use your backup camera since the instructor isn’t in the car for the course part. The test is really easy!

They’ve reinstated the road test portion back in June 2022 I believe right? I’m so nervous as I’ve never driven before and I decided that this year would be the year I learn and work my to my drivers license

Yes, they did. Just learn to drive step by step. I'm sure you will love driving when you get used to it. Just give it some time :)

How long were you out on the road

I have road test in few days.. I am not very good in two point turn. I fail to park my car within the lines 🙁. I am planing to install reverse camera. Is reverse camera allowed in road test?

As I heard it's allowed, but do not heavily dependent on it . IMO our naked eyes gives great sense of distance than a camera does. I think you need more practice to gain your confidence up. Good luck 🤞

as far as I know, there's no road test at MVA Glen Burnie. They have like three test areas which is similar to the place in the video.I hope video will provide you a clear guidance on what to expect on the test.I wish you Good luck , let us know your experience 🙂

I think it depends on the instructor. Mostly yes in the closed closure. But you have to be ready for all possible scenarios.

how long will it take for the actual license card to be mailed on me? i passed the exam last august 22 but until now august 26 it is still not mailed in my address...

They said it take a week. Mine came within the week. Just look it for few more days. if it didn't arrive, just give them a call and ask them . They being very helpful to me ☺️

@@rahalsvlog It was great,the instructor was very cool and down to earth.I went to the one in Essex first because it was nearby but I learned my lesson to never go there again for a skills test and just go further away for a better experience so I failed,hit one of the cones during the reverse parking portion so after that I rescheduled at the Glen Burnie location and bought two 28 inch cones,I practiced continuously until I became truly comfortable with it.In a weeks time I felt ready to take the test again.The instructor took me to course 1 at the Glen Burnie location he then told me to do the reverse parking,I did great with that!Then he had me turn right therefore I obeyed the stop signs and stopped behind the white lines after that he got in my car and we then went onto the road when we got back to the mva branch he had me park in the the parking lot to the left and told me I passed!!!😎
