Love rolling with someone more experienced! They make it look so easy! Calm not even breathing hard, just the way they distribute weight is an art in itself! Shit, I really need to get back on the mat, it's been years and I've only got fatter and slower :(

3:53 never give up on the octopus guard!!!!! You’ve got sweeps(half butterfly included), chokes, and back takes there.

Endurance is an underrated attribute in grappling.

Endurance is everything. But at the end of the day in a self defense situation pinning is worthless.(unless the cops are 30 seconds away… but we all know about that) 3:53 I’m kinda upset she gave up octopus guard there. I’m convinced that, that’s the ultimate bottom position.
