Mary's coach need to work hard on her 50 meters to the end of the race, she got good start paa, or they should rather train her for 100 meters, because her first 100 meters is so powerful. She can be like Richardson of America

@dareimole3273 it seems Ghana is only interested in competing against Nigeria instead of competing against time. The Ghana lady ran 200m in 23.24 secs which is a lazy time for women sport. Will that help her make it pass heat of any reasonable competition like World Champs or Olympics?

you not really smart you know. This is a plus for NIgeria as Nigeria is the cream of West Africa even in Athletics. so if the title reads she beat two Nigerians what you should have seen is Nigeria being the standard in Athletics and thus she beating them was a great feat. There is nothing derogatory about the Title towards Nigeria. It would have been a great feat by any other country as well apart from Ghana. Sometimes look at the bright side of things and stop making everything about yourself.
