The Fort Apache set was my favorite. My younger brother and i each got one but i really took care of mine. Ended up using some of my bro's set to make mine bigger. That set went everywhere with me. My older brother built a landscape that could be fitted to one side of the fort so the soldiers and Indians could fight. Really loved this set.

TRUTH
I really liked those playsets, the fact they came in a folding case that made your base was an incredible idea! Cape Kennedy was my first and most favorite!

They don't do it like that anymore!
Before he was a Brady Kid, it appears Christopher Knight was an Action Kid.

He had the Knight set!
Omg, I had the Knights set. I played with it until the playset (a flimsy box inside a plastic sheeting) fell apart. I remember getting punished for it. It was my xmas gift in 1971. Thanks for sharing.

Peter Brady! 🤣
I recently heard of these...they seem cool, guess I grew up after, from what I can tell,I guess they were the Mego Kenner of the 50s and 60s..I heard they had a rifleman and combat set.
