Either way, they are not broken up, just on a REALLY long hiatus, and a lot of them have gone off to do their own music stuff, like Joe's (red tie) Hawaii Part II album, and some other stuff. They did release the "Admittedly Incomplete Demos" album in 2015 with a bunch of demos and unreleased songs, but they haven't really made anything new all-together anytime recently.

I know "Be Born" is about birth, but when I first heard it I always thought it was a male siren singing his song to swimming young women, promising a hidden world and affection, luring them to their demise. "I suppose you're quite content , in your swimming pool, all you pink skinned babes are the same" "I was in your shoes before ... or, lack thereof" "There's a dozen people here, and they're waiting for you" "Follow my instruction, swim in the direction, of my voice, hear my voice..."

(Ahh, ahh ahh) Looking through glass eyes, give it a few tries Nothing goes right in its time Kill all its bad dreams, wonder 'bout no things Circles and spirals in mind I thought you knew I knew but Why and by and why and by and by I wanted you to know I thought you knew but why and by and why (Everyone loves a potato monkey... Wherever it is you are, does it seem like that where you are? 7:08 *Welcome to Tally Hall:* Welcome to Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum Known from coast to coast like butter and toast From headlines to bed lines From schoolrooms to pool rooms No other place in the contiguous United States Or other environments of the world, welcome Can I get a T? ("T") And if you hit me with the A-L-L-Y, then you'd see Why the Hall is here for y'all The mini-mall is calling us all in So kids, pack up your mom's car, back up the Windstar Kick it in drive and arrive at the mega mart Slide the side hatch with pride 'cause your ties match On booty duty like your name was Eddie Thatch' W-W-T-H-D? We like to kick it at the university But all work and no play makes us crazy So we jump in the bumping SUV Hit the street, get the sweet tunes on Do a donut on your mama's front lawn And sooner than you know, you've found the rock 'n' roll show At the Tizzy Hizzy, we'll be gone We're in the mini-mall Working the carnival We like to play it all Welcome to Tally Hall "Who's to blame?" The automated players, I proclaim Yellow tie, this suave fellow writes Heterophonic tunes of how love bites Red, the proud loud guy we adore "Is my amp too high?" "No, turn it up more!" So Grey in the back, sippin' 'gnac in here He's knockin' down the shots like Bill Laimbeer Send home the locksmith, Green's got keys To unlock the rock in the act if you please Now open the case, give Blue the bass And jiggle your badiggle all over the place We're in the mini-mall Working the carnival We like to play it all Welcome to Tally Hall We're in the mini-mall Working the carnival We like to play it all Welcome to Tally Hall Can I get a click? Flick off the switch and we'll ignite the night in pitch Singin' songs you like to hear, and the world will disappear Then we'll be glowing in the dark, lighting up the park Revealing that the Hall is the place that aims to please With unpredictable games and antiquities The collectibles so delectable The unreliable style's undetectable Like I might rap like an English chap Take you by the knickers and a bum you'll slap You didn't think we had the gall Well, bloody welcome to Tally Hall! We're stereosonic, we're animatronic We're rappin' with the robo-electronic ebonics A quick distraction, a mechanic attraction Got a penny in your pocket for the slot Rock! Hey, ho, don't'cha know? It's a good old-fashioned puppet show! That's right, quite the set We're the marionette quintet We think we're playing in a band But we'd love to give you all a hand Woo! We're in the mini-mall Working the carnival We like to play it all Welcome to Tally Hall We think we're playing in a band But we'd love to give you all a hand We think we're playing in a band ("Yarrgh!") 12:19 *Taken for a Ride:* Marvin walked into a helpless land And wondered lightly, "Am I happy? Is this happy?" Following the footsteps left by man He stepped to reprimand the mystic Who's sadistic Took a step into the elevator Who said, "Guess I'll see you later Don't you worry" Fifteen flights that lasted nights And days that spent without a cent for creatures With their beat shirts Listening to painted whispered Light on top forgotten hill Next the stranded senate of the white brick house With flowers asked some questions For their story All feeling now, he took his bow And left the stage of time with no answers To no questions Lonely paperbacks that wanted Just a taste of feeling to implode them Before living Tiptoed to that wooden sign that said "Now take your place in line for happy This is lovely" Listening to painted whispered Light on top forgotten hill One secondary smile to go that extra mile To make me feel today, to make it go away The chemistry is gone, taken for a ride Far away from you, no longer left inside The actor with his world renown Was thinking 'bout his last real day of silence Was it over? Or is it just we all think that our answer Isn't real, it's just a picture Of a letter Bumble mumble, make the rounds No matter what, you'll seem profound It's useless just to worry Something normal happens somewhere Far away in clouds so please stop thinking This is happy Listening to painted whispered Light on top forgotten hill One secondary smile to go that extra mile To make me feel today, to make it go away The chemistry is gone, taken for a ride Far away from you, no longer left inside One secondary smile to go that extra mile To make me feel today, to make it go away The chemistry is gone, taken for a ride Far away from you, no longer left inside There're no secrets in the door Just a moment doing chores (don't look so sad) And there's something, and there's something And there's something, and there's something Next to nothing And there's something, and there's something But you're gone

17:03 *The Bidding:* Mm mm mm, mm-mm mm mm Mm mm mm, mm-mm mm mm Mm-mm-mm mm mm, mm mm mm Mm mm mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm... I've been sleeping in a cardboard box Spending every dollar at the liquor shop And even though I know I haven't got a lot I'll try to give you love until the day you drop Mm mm mm, mm-mm mm mm Mm mm mm, mm-mm mm... I've been training like a Pavlov dog Let my independence out to take a hike All you gotta do is activate my bell And I'll fetch you anything you like Going once, going twice Every man here has a price Over where? Over there? Sold to not a single lady in here I've been here like a thousand times Dated every woman in the atmosphere I've been to every continent Broken all the hearts in every hemisphere And if I'm not the type of guy you like to circumvent Just remember not to love me when I disappear I graduated at the top I like to take advantage of the bourgeoisie So if you have a fantasy of being a queen Maybe you should blow a couple bucks on me Going once, going twice Won't these gentlemen suffice? Any here? Any there? Any motions anywhere? Going twice, going thrice Guess this means we'll go four times a lady I promise I'll be all you'll need, ever need You'll never have to shop around (don't shop around) And I'll give you all you'll ever need, ever need Don't worry, I will never let you down, let you down Don't worry, I will never let you down So many ladies are wanting for mates And the prospects are good, but the date's never great Over here, over there, over where? Anywhere They're too busy with winning the bidding to care And he's sold

What if I told you I could make you live? Follow my instruction, swim in the direction Of my voice, hear my voice Of my voice, hear my voice You think that you've seen it all, in your little ball But man, you're wrong and she's been waiting Long and hard to kiss your head and hold your hands And hold you while you fall asleep, and What if I told you I could show you something? I think Andrew saw that it was getting popular because of the meme and he seemed happy about it, since even if it was because of a meme it still managed to introduce a lot of people to Tally Hall, including myself.

My image for this album (Its long so I'll put it under a read more) *(Good Day, Greener)* The Band are on their way to a show when they get into an car accident with "The Mystic" Co-Owner of Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, and all die. The Mystic is transferring some new additions to the Museum and instead of calling an ambulance to help he steals the band's instruments and suitcases with their clothes hoping to take any identifying items they might have. *(Welcome To Tally Hall)* He uses them on the new animatronics and they become possessed by the band who put on a show and bring in a crazy amount of business. *(Taken for a Ride)* Marvin, who has been relegated to mechanic at this point sees the Band's missing posters in the paper, recognizes the instruments and ties, and confronts The Mystic, telling him he's going to the police and the Mystic, being greedy and cruel, kills Marvin and tries to get him to possess an animatronic too but it doesn't work and Marvin becomes a ghost. People notice Marvin has gone missing and the police eventually arrest the Mystic and the shop is shut down and everything is put up for auction, including The Band since they never made the connection to the missing band. *(The Bidding)* Most of the band is sold together but one of the member's is sold separately to a woman at the action who takes it home and uses it to entertain guests at parties. *(Be Born, Banana Man)* Marvin's ghost helps him escape the lady's home and find his way to a tropical themed restaurant where the rest of the band is. *(Just Apathy, Storm and Song)* Marvin remembers his life and decides to pass on, and the band mourns him going through the stages of grief. (I skipped Two Wuv lol) *(Haiku, The Whole World and You)* They play the restaurant for a few more years until they get tired of the increasingly rude and demanding crowds and, feeling unappreciated and angry that they have to entertain these people they all decide to pass on together. *(Ruler Of Everything)* They reflection and their individual and shared lives and come to terms with their lives and deaths and decide that as long as they and stay together and play music in the afterlife they'll be happy, their spirits fade away and leave the animatronics to crumble. *(Hidden in the Sand)* The Band is at peace now, relaxing together in the afterlife with Marvin and playing whatever little tunes come to mind. I hope you liked this!

Finally listening to this album in its entirety for the first time! Writing this comment as I listen to it... Good Day: Good beginning for an album, not a song I'd listen to obsessively but I'd listen to it if I was listening to the album in its entirety. I think it's a solid 5/10 Greener: The beginning reminds me of a Steven Universe song which probably sounds really cringe but alas I am free. Love the little guitar solo bit. This song really isn't my thing sadly so it's a 2/10 for me, but it is very good. Welcome to Tally Hall: This is a song I've heard previously! I've heard it probably over a hundred times and it's hyperactive energy never stops captivating me, instant 7.5/10 Taken for a Ride: This beginning sounds strange but is sure is picking up! Listening to these songs is quickly reminding me about how bad my brain is at hearing lyrics in songs. I'm quite conflicted about this song... it's both a 3/10 and an 6/10 and idk what to do about it. The Bidding: 2nd song I've heard before, I used to listen to it constantly so it's become more boring for me but I think it's maybe a 4.5/10. Be Born: Song title is quite threatening. "You're only 6 inches away from becoming one" oh okay this song is about impregnation, alright, I don't know why I didn't expect that. Anyways holy shit this song seems like something I'd hate but the way it sounds just so amazing! 9/10, I'm adding this to my favorites now Banana Man: WOOOOO I fucking adore this song! Really reminds me of Rainwings from Wings of Fire ^_^!!! The little "Look you your too uptight you know" bit feels like somebody talking to a friend trying to get them to lighten up and I likes it. This is a 8/10 for me Just Apathy: So far not another song I think I will not enjoy once more. "One thing just tears her down" will this be my next big song I relate to my ex-partner!? Well I was right, I don't particularly like this song also... it's maybe a 3/10. Spring and a Storm: All I know about this song is that it is constantly recommended to me no matter how much I click the "not interested" button. This is very interesting, I like it somewhat but I think I'd need to listen to it more to rate it anything past a 5/10. Two Wuv: All I remember of this song is that an old friend of mine said something about it (I think it was relating to it's lyrics?). I swear I've heard this beginning rift 200 times before. Oh this song goes majorly hard I love this!! Oh it only gets better??? This is a 9/10 and another to the favorites Haiku: If all the lyrics of this song aren't haiku's I'm gonna be pretty mad. Oh this song is so cute! I like it a lot, I think it's a 6/10 for me The Whole World and You: Quite a bouncy song so far. I think this is a pretty good 6/10! 13: 2 second long song 😔 nice transition but I can't rank it to well. Ruler of Everything: I believe this was my 2nd Tally Hall song, everytime I listen to it I think of an old character I recently remade. I've heard this song *so* many times that it's kind of became boring; when I first heard it it was a very good 8/10 but now it's maybe a 4.5/10? 5/10? Hidden in the Sand: This song is quite heart breaking for me as it was the first song I listened to after learning of my fathers death, it reminds me of how we found this stream behind my grandmothers old home and made mud castles before it all disappeared after a few days... 10/10.
