Well worth the wait. I'm glad that you've enjoyed the first episode. Having seen the other two episodes in the series it is interesting how close this story stuck to the original movie, even duplicating some of the scenes (especially with Red Skull). I guess they wanted to ease the casual viewer into the concept. Yes, it was great how they made Carter buff (a giant woman, as you say), without feeling the need to keep her small and feminine. I think Hayley Atwell had a lot of fun with it and the action sequences were really well done. Did you ever see any of the Agent Carter tv series? I enjoyed it and it had a good interplay with Howard Carter, so it was nice to see them revisit that in this story. I thought it was funny how emphatic the Watcher was that he couldn't interfere, because while his comic book counterpart makes the same claim he breaks that oath all the time. One of the nice things about the 'What If' concept is you can take any moment in the MCU and try out different concepts, giving the show a lot of material to work with. I'm sure fans will have lots of fun visualising some of the wilder ideas. Good to have you back and looking forward to seeing what you think of the other episodes.
