I'm genuinely confused. Why do people hate regular infinite but love this? All it looks like is a change in art style but gameplay is the same. I understand the missing characters but infinite seems to get incredibly over hated

DMC3 Dante is already Dante's worst look but MVCI made him look even worst Man, I hope one day Dante uses his cool DMC2 outfit.

Honestly just like the vanilla version of the game the humans look super rough, but the characters with masks or armors look fine. Nothing that cannot be fixed with more time, and it's being done by a single guy so it's understandable, but still needs work. Seeing MVCI get some attention is fine anyway, so it's nice to see high effort mods. Probably will look good when this mods releases and other people can improve it.

If they released this mod, many modders would take a crack at it and polish the game a bit, like altered some voice lines and music, adding more stages (or add back some of the previous stages in other MVC games), and hopefully add more characters like the returning ones (especially the X-Men)

Holy shit, I don't even hate the original art style as much as most (I think some fighters like Iron Man and Venom already look great there), but this... This is incredible.

You and every other bandwagon haters are the worst. THESE graphics look like amateur hour garbage. The game was excellent in release. It’s just you stones that can’t throw no for yourself or even try the game before slamming it for no valid reason.

@@meganinten0078 ohh no yeah, the themes for the new characters are pretty good actually and a few got actually improved like Chris and Nemesis, but good god the whole returning marvel cast got a massive downgrade lol except for maybe Iron Man, and most of the returning capcom cast got worse too, but the new characters themes are pretty nice somehow lol

damn, you showcased Jedah and he got perfected. I didn't get to see if he's using Nickelodeon slime or blood in his attacks :(

Gotta say the armored characters look very good! Besides Ryu, Zero and Spider-Man of course. Looking forward to when you start changing details of the other human characters to fit!

@@FinnyThePoo no kidding...I've been tryna download sound mods that replace them with better songs. same goes for the voices too, they didn't do retakes because of the 2017 VA strike.

They need to mod in screen shake so the hits actually feel like they have impact

Amazing work trying to learn UE5 myself I know a little bit about editor but wow this stuff is so cool!

Insane how much better this looks, now all that’s left is the character portraits, maayyyybe some of the sound design (for the most part it’s ok but stuff like gamora’s voice acting needs a do-over), and the hit effects (and Dante’s face lol)

@@bluekuma9310 It's not the art style. The game looked bad and that's not because of the art style. The proof is that when NRS and Namco do that, it comes out good. So that bad look is totally Capcom's fault, there's nothing to defend. Those graphics are bad for the release period compared to other fgs using the same art style, and compared to other Capcom games released around the same time on the ps4.

I think some of it looks good and some of it not. Spiderman looks really weird, and I know dantes face was a nightmare to fix but it's still rough. BUT great work. Looking really nice

The special effects on the special moves (i. e. ryuenjin, unibeam or whatever has flashy effects) look kinda off with the outlines. They look rather dull. Is there a way to take off the black outlines off the special moves only? That way the effects blend better with the moves so that they look less like plastic toys (the moves, and the beams, not the characters) The characters look fine.

I wonder if the the dragon punch inputs be worked on as well. I was never a fan of the "Down,Down" inputs.

IDK, I feel like pictures look good but weird in motion. still looks better than Vanilla though. Also I just noticed that things like Zero's ponytail and Dante's cot tails have no physics. Especially the coat tails stiffly clipping through his body rustles my jimmies

No one's talking about Dante losing to pipsqueak she hulk and brain no brawn venom that's indespicable utterly outrageous

The look and overall roster. The hameplay was the best thing about it. But the fact that they cut the X-Men and many others to cator to the MCU. And the overall aesthetic was an instant death blow for the game.

Yeah gotta admit that as much better as they look, the humans with exposed skin look really plastic. Incredible stuff either way but I hope you all find a solution to that.
