Sentinel has always sucked lol...even in his first game Children of the Atom. It's mind boggling to me that they only included Sabertooth in a handful of the early games and Gambit as well. Rogue could have been interesting to keep around because they could have allowed her to actually steal the other person's move set...but I guess all of them got hate as characters. The same applies to Ice Man, I always thought he was very popular, but apparently not.

I'll never forget when the hype I felt for this game when it came out. I was an innocent 17 year old, about to graduate high school. Seeing all of these characters mix and mingle at the arcade was a dream come true for a teenage me. I still have my Dreamcast copy to this day. The soundtrack for this game, the combos, the supers, going to the mall just to pump my quarters into this arcade cabinet....it reminds me of a simpler time. No wars, pandemics or super high inflation. Cheers.

So much nostalgia in this video. My friends when we were roommates would have set matches with this or Smash Bros to determine who did chores. Winners were allowed to negate the chore of their choice so someone else had to do it

How is this roster more varied than MvC3? Most characters in the Capcom side are from street fighter and most in the Marvel side are from the X-Men

I couldn't disagree more. Too many SF characters that are basically Ryu with slight difference. Two Wolverines. Why the hell are Roll and Servbot characters. UMVC3 has way waaaaay better roster. More representation from both capcom and Marvel and more balanced

@@solaceon4443 I was hyped to have a mobile version, too. Unfortunately, the controls were so terrible. I wish they'd kept it updated in the app store until controller support existed. I had some goofy stick-on thumbstick for my screen. It helped, but still not a controller.

Instead of an HD Remix that lacks new sprites. We needed an Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 2 with new heroes, new stages, new balanced gameplay, new moves & combos, new modes such as Adventure, 56+ endings, Strange Tales' Fin Fang Foom and Ghosts'n Goblins Astaroth as hidden giant bosses, CvS2 styled sprites, and a AST of the original soundtrack.

Ooooo….someone forgot Servbot’s other Supers in the video! His Super changes based on the assist Type you pick for him but you probably know that by now. Love the video tho!

If you miss the special attack when B.B hood fells and she shoot you and launch the bombs, she only fells and throw the bombs

Everyone on the roster demanded revenge for all those years at the top tier

I really love this game and the roster, but what I don't like is that they have removed some Sentinel sprites that were previously used in X-Men Children of the Atom

Servbot has two other Hyper Combos depending on the assist type selected for it.

My childhood, I miss my Dreamcast, I want play again this game on that console

I played the hell out of this game back when the mall in my town had and ACTUAL arcade in it my team was Cable Ironman and War machine

You sat down in it like you were going to play Pole Position or something, but it had a fight stick instead. Just a random mall arcade.

You can totally make some fun teams outside of the top tier. I usually played with Morrigan, Shuma-Gorath, and Thanos. Hitting the bubble assist could lead to some sick damage.

That will may never happen, capcom doesn't have the rights to use the rights on marvels behalf and knowing Disney. they never will, that's why isn't in steam or a platform streaming device !

I'll mark down the ones in another reply Edit: Ok heres what i was able to find; -Felicia's Rushdown -You showed Charlie's Rushdown on ground but im pretty sure it can be used in the air as well just in case details matter. -Conversely you showed Guile's Aerial Rushdown but i think it can be done on ground to. I dont play mvc2 sadly but i remember seeing it. - Servbot has 2 other supers you didnt show and it depends on the assist he has. I believe its the same input as the hammer -Sonson's POW can change enemies into different fruit depending on range (from Maxmillion's rate super) -It was brief but Silver Samurai does have another super but its a solo one as in either he has 1 meter or hes the last man alive on a team in case there was a way to show.

I used to be fucking amazing at the arcade version of this game. Would spend hours after work, playing this with random strangers that would stop by at the mall. Nostalgia/10, would play again.
