Doctor Strange is that fight where if you hadn't learnt to dodge and roll then this fight force you to learn how. We failed at least 5 or 6 times before we completed it

Hey thanks for this. Was thinking of playing this in local co-op with people who are not huge gamers. Thought about grinding up their favorite characters a little so we can go through story mode pretty casually, and this should help.

jwivan28 I don’t think you understood what he said. He is gonna level up some characters for his friends so they don’t have to struggle playing. All abilities unlock at level 20 and makes the game far more enjoyable.

Psi rift, Rush, defeat 40 enemies or more on the raft. I just sit back and spam Magneto's heavy attack. It draws all of the enemies together and the computer mops them up. Leveled people from base to level 30 in about 20 minutes. Can beat 4 times the amount of enemies they require. And most of them are strong enemies, (the ones with the stagger bar) magneto still draws them in.

I've been wanting to level up a lot of my more neglected characters, and this is very helpful and informative. Thanks again, man

Thanks for this! I just started playing 3 days ago and got to lvl 23 with wolverine/thor/hulk/daredevil, but wanted to try out more of the other characters who are all far too low to use in the story. I'm still getting the hang of managing energy efficiently so dealing with crowds of enemies with stagger bars in wave rifts is a fairly slow process at the moment. It took me about 1.5 hours to get starlord from 8-20 just so I can unlock all 4 abilities and get a better feel for him. I'm loving the game but I think there's a bit too much of a grind involved just to get characters to 20 to try out all of their abilities. A minimum level would be nice, maybe automatically raise all characters to 5 levels below the story enemy levels you are fighting, or possibly 10 levels.

This was extremely helpful, entertaining and honest. Thanks for this video!

My team at the last mission was lvl 53 Spider-Man, lvl 53 DeadPool, lvl 50 Doctor Strange and lvl 50 Black Panther. I grinding out some exp cubes and the trials will help you grind a good amount of exp. I can’t wait for the DLC to come out🔥

Loving this game, even though it has some cut gameplay from the previous titles. Like no grabbing and no basic combos, like tripping or launching aside from using supers.

Personally think all the RUSH missions are better so long as you have decent characters in your team

The only way to grind that’s really efficient is just to do the rush that says defeat 50 enemies on knowhere It got my Wolverine to lvl80 in 28 tries and my Psylocke to 86 with the iOS-8 that says increases exp gained by 86% which can be enhanced In the lab to 100% Also my team is Magneto,Hulk,Deadpool,and Scarlet witch

I go with the non-sentinel Rush rifts with Ms. Marvel as the lead. Just spam her spinning kick and kill as many as you can. Easy and effective.

Nice snippets from the cartoons!

I am genuinely conflicted on this game. Part of me loves it. It's different from the previous two in style but I feel the MUA games were always "The Marvel Comics in a time capsule", and this is no different. Slightly cartoonier, more colorful and the MCU influence is palpable. But some of the design decisions truly have me scratching my damn head. The fact literally NONE of your other characters even slightly share the leveling up process is just a horrendous design decision in my opinion. You could have them trail behind a few levels, I don't know... Here, unless you consistently grind up everyone to the same level as your party you'll end up with a star team and then everyone stuck low, which HEAVILY discourages team diversity and experimentation. And with such low pools of combos and various abilities to unlock, well guess you're stuck seeing the same 4 attacks, the same 1234 light attack string and the same heavy attack for the rest of your damn game. This all feels far too mobile-game-y. Useless grind walls, you'd half expect to have to pay to refill your daily/hourly play count or something. What if instead they'd let you experiment with different teams to progress through the game. Some villains might be easier with a bruiser/bulky character like Hulk, while others would be weak to magic users, or beams, or guns. Honestly with 9 years since the previous game, and a heavy benefit of hindsight, this forced prolongation of game time feels more like a conscious lazy decision than a proper design choice.

I wish this game had more combos abilities. And the characters do not talk enough during gameplay. It’s so quiet sometimes playing. And no interaction between characters whatsoever when you talk to em.

T SMACKS pretty much and they didn’t have to have a crap load of combos for each character but there could of at least been a little more. I also feel the super armor on enemies is ridiculous and strength based characters should be able to break through the armor easer.

one you didn't mention that i've found is effective is the other rush rift on PSI that takes place on raft.

Doing the level 51 Sentinels mission is the easiest and fastest grinding rift...you only have to kill one Sentinel and then chuck the power cores at the rest....it’s only 13 sentinels you have to beat...i could get a character at level 6 to 50 in about 30 mins doing that rift....it’s that fast..just makes sure whoever you’re leveling doesn’t die and again you really only have to kill one sentinel...let the power cores they drop to the rest

Forget my last comment that was me stating what was most likely obvious. But I recently found the Psi rush LV 25 trial was useful for grinding too. Just add the rainbow ISO-8 that helps you gain xp and you should be good.

I like your list but I recently just started grinding amd I find the lvl 48 rift faster then the lvl 49 rift because i can grind the endless bosses faster. Maybe you should check that one out.

Rush rifts are the more efficient since they have the most difficult mobs, just need 1 high lvl and 3 low levels. top that with XP ISO-8s (Blue & White)

I am a new adopter of the game and right now I hit my first peak in the Dark World, however given how you used footage of it at the beginning I'm assuming that's normal.

I played that first map for 3 hours last night and got my level 20 team to a level 60!

Trust me man, their are points in this game that feel like your running into a wall. I can't tell you how many tries it toke for me to get past Dormamu possessed Dr. Strange. Plus I only JUST got past Modok last week. And don't get me started on the gauntlet mode for the DLC characters.

What is the best rift for low level heroes early game?

What about those who are trying to grind for the end of the Omega rift? Lambda won't be enough for that. And I'm talking post beating Superior here.

How do I unlock the Wave rift (first grinding rift he showcases)?

Got everybody and only beat it once I spammed the highest rush missions with a team xp plus 85%

In the 2nd rift, defeat 40 enemies in the Raft, really easy

When do you unlock the Psi rift challenges? I just got to the Dark Dimension

As far as I know just keep progressing through the main story. Eventually more rifts including the psi rift will unlock in the next chapter and the chapter after that. Basically every new chapter that you start a new rift will unlock

Dr.Strange and king on were afoul to fight. King pin took me a about an hour not including the level grind I did.

If you guys are struggling with the game just use captain america, spider man, magneto and hulk. All those characters let you do the 4x experience glitch and the hulk magneto combo kills everything super fast and captain America literally doesn’t die because of his shield skill.

You just need to get more of the alliance enhancement tree completed. I had 4 sections completed (out of 7) when I did superior and I flew through that difficulty at level 50

Chase XJ so just level up your other characters; like use your favorite and grab 3 low levels and do some high level trials and they will all level up 3+ times each time.

i had to fucking grind for superior mode... MAN! that mode is hard AF

You don’t have to beat the story twice to unlock the last character.... what are you on? There is a path in the 4th rift that lets you reach the trial (and do it) without having to touch superior difficulty...

So these are all good suggestions for variety, but I mean ... repeatable cube reward rifts are clearly marked indicators of "grind XP here" to me. Kill XP feels like a secondary consideration over the "portable XP" of farming cubes.

Jovanie Molina you have to go through the left with Deadpool and star lord. Probably easier to do superior honestly since you will need to level up to 60-70 anyway.

I have a question. How do I get my characters to over level 40 fast because all of the KZread videos about this are easy for them because they are already over level 40 or 50 while I am still at 31. I like to play as the same characters that are in the cutscenes. So how do I level up to over 50?

Why is marvel teasing me with Superior difficulty just give us Superior Spider-Man already and we'll be on our way is it that hard marvel you to do it.😎😅😂🤣😑😭👍✌️

You find them in the story and the ones in the last rift mostly unlock through replaying on superior difficulty. The rifts arent to hard to find in the game amd when you know a location of one it doesnt change location on different difficulties, same goes for the chests.

The only ones that gave me a hard time were Dr. Strange (possessed), the bulky Black Order member and Corvus Glaive (the Black Order one with the scythe).
