This is the reason why I wanted a Sega Saturn as a kid. I had these on Play Station but you couldn't switch characters during gameplay :( Looking back, those version were horrible but I still played them anyway. This looks very close to the Arcade version.

Surprised you didn't know that Capcom changed the names around for the North American games, they were afraid Mike Tyson would sue over M. Bison since he was the inspiration. Turns out he had no clue and only found out about it last month and was happy about it.

To clarify what Ken Williams said, in the original Japanese version of Street Fighter 2 The World Warrior, Balrog was originally named M. Bison, Vega was originally named Balrog, and M. Bison was originally named Vega. But, when exporting the game over to America, Capcom's lawyers believed that a black boxer named M. Bison might get them sued by Mike Tyson for the similar name and appearance. So they swapped the three names around as above for the American (and subsequent English-language) release and the names have stuck with those characters in the respective countries. This Saturn version is based on the Japanese version of the game (hence having the character Norimaru available (centre bottom of the character selection screen), Japanese text for the post-fight quotes and pre-Apocalypse fight banter, and calling Cyber-Akuma Mech-Gouki (Gouki is Akuma's name in Japan)) so Bison is called Vega here.
