Deadpool, nova, Wolverine, or maybe some other destroy cards like carnage or venom.

It would depend on what kind of secondary goal you want to run with. Destroy is always good, so any cards that pair with destroying (Wolverine would pair good with Galactus)(Nova would be good for the whole deck)(Carnage would pair well with Wolverine & Knull)(Venom would be good with any of these combos). If you want to cater to Galactus or Ultron, you may use cards that have negative power (Hobgoblin or Green Goblin cater to Galactus) or you may want to use some cards that boost Ultron bots (Patriot or Dazzler). The combinations are almost limitless.
Would be a nice addition to included a link to the deck, so we don't have to manually create it.
