Finally someone mentions it, Miles looks rather jealous of Harry and the time he’s taking away from him and Peter. Makes sense as Peter filled the role as an older brother/mentor once his dad died. As such it’s no surprise that Miles wouldn’t be happy with someone coming between that. Especially so suddenly as well. Add in the fact that Peter is shown being rather dismissive and rude to miles due to the suit in the gameplay trailer and you’ve got some great tension.

The end when it sounds like it’s about to play the theme for the ps4 game and then slowly gets more sinister is incredible

I can’t wait. This looks like it could be the best Insomniac Spider-Man game yet. Being able to switch between Miles and Pete. Harry will finally play a bigger part in the story. If you remember at the rally after the explosion miles tried to confront a demon hang member but ended getting shoved down and almost killed by the goon. Martin LI had a chance to end miles right there but he let him live now miles is back for round 2 and this time he ain't vulnerable nor powerless. Venom looks incredible. His design is 🔥. And Tony Todd as the voice is just the cherry on top.

This trailer has gotten me so much more hyped for the game now because of all of this: -It definitely seems like we're going to get a fight between Miles and Peter which will be so dope (although I do wish they gave Miles a better haircut). -Peter's new face looks so good here and is honestly winning me over now. -Looks like Venom is definitely going to have originated from space based on that shot at 1:00 and then have been experimented on by Oscorp which is a neat blend of Venom's space and scientific origins from different comics. -Either this trailer is definitive confirmation that Harry will be Venom or this is one of the biggest misdirection's I've ever seen lol. Assuming that Harry is Venom though, the idea of Venom twisting Harry and his mother's dream of helping the world in order to control Harry is so intriguing. -It seems like they pushed MJ's design towards looking more like how she's depicted in the comics (with letting her hair down and the changed face) and she looks so much better than she did in the last game because of it. -That shot at 1:14 of MJ hiding from Peter also makes me wonder if we'll be getting a mission where we have to hide/run from Peter after he loses control of the symbiote. That would be an MJ mission that I'd actually be down for, especially if they leaned into making Peter a stalker type of enemy like you'd see in horror games such as Nemesis from Resident Evil. -It's also interesting that they're having Miles confront Lee in this game after Lee killed Miles' dad in the last one.

Nah I like the haircut they gave miles. Also I really don’t think insomniac are pulling an Arkham knight and tryna do some misdirection with venom and Harry. They’ve been setting it up since spm 1 and miles so I feel like they gotta stick with it. Obv only time will tell but it’s so obv. I do really hope there’s a miles vs Peter boss fight and even a mission where it’s actually made creepy where like someone said, Peter stalks MJ with the symbiote and you gotta escape.

Both Harry and venom saying “we’re going to heal the world” can’t be coincidence. Especially with Harry in shot when venom says it. I’m so excited

Just like with the first game's trailers, I feel like an excited kid getting ready to watch the old Spider-Man cartoons with my dad 😭 this looks amazing. It looks like Insomniac is doing it again. I love the new designs for the characters, INCLUDING Peter. Its grown on me enough here. Marvel finally settled on giving Miles his dreads, MJ looks amazing with the long hair. I'm still on the fence about Harry having Venom, but here we are Although this might be a switcheroo with Harry using Goblin tech (based on him throwing something out the window. Possibly a Pumpkin Bomb) and they have to take down his dad who has Venom. That's a lot less likely. Who knows. I'm moreso curious about how the symbiote will be passed around. Them introducing Grizzly (who I only know the name of cuz my dad was surprised when I put the trailer on), and bringing back Mr. Negative for Miles content??? This is about to be awesome. It needs to be a long game, and hopefully it is

Looks incredible, and the fact that the cutscenes are realtime for all those sweet seamless gameplay transitions makes it even more impressive. Like, amazing draw distance, the lighting, the effects, the insanely well done face models. The further Insomniac take these games the better they look, and so far, the better they play. We'll have to see what the story fully has in store for us, but it's safe to say that from a gameplay perspective and visually, this is the best Spider-Man game and it's not even out 😂 they one upped themselves with Miles in those areas, hopefully we get thee trifecta of gameplay, visual and storytelling improvements to make this the best in the series and potentially the best in all of Spider-Man's gaming library, I'm staying as hesitant as possible with the amount of hype building, and know they won't do a bad job, but if it turns out as good as it seems to be, it's gonna be wild

THANK YOU SO MUCH INSOMNIAC AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WORK ON THIS GAME! Venom is my favourite marvel character and i would LOVE to see him being playable in spiderman 2. Venom looks great and i cannot wait to play the game.

This story looks like it's about Peter, Miles and Harry facing their darkness. When Miles faced Li. He's clearly got some revenge on his mind too.

Sure looks that way. Peter struggling to maintain himself because of the symbiote, Miles confronting his father’s killer, Harry having to battle through his illness while being bonded to Venom…

I'd leave it for the next game. Hopefully the big bad of the 3rd will be a Green Goblin. And of Venom and Spider should be avalaible in free roam too. Different sets of missions for both of them as well.

I'm so confused that so many people missed this reference. There are tons of references to tasm in insomniac Spider-Man games.

Man Venom at the end gave me Web of Shadows Vibes! I'm stoked and excited about this game coming out!

THATS WHAT I THOUGHT

I was honestly betting on venom was gonna be a man made medical experiment like he was in the ultimate comics, but based on the scene at 1:01 it looks like they may very well go with the classic alien story. Either way he looks AMAZING! I think insomniac has something very special here maybe even game of the year.

Looks like it may be a mix of both. They used alien, perhaps messed around with it too. Hell the spider that bitten Miles could well be a result of Oscorp experimenting with symbiote juice.

In the last games, they had incredible designed villains. The Sinister Six, Tinkerer, and now in this games Kraven the Hunter, Lizard and Venom. Exciting, I just love the villains designs. Also I like Miles new hair look.

Looks amazing! The only thing I would want change is Peter and MJ’s face, the first Spider-Man PS4 nailed the looks perfectly.

Peter Parker’s face sure looks a lot better in this vid, but still, the OG face of John Bubniak is the best, nothing personal to Ben Jordan, John was just the best

They stuck with the baby face peter and made MJ older. That's modern audience for you 😂

Man this last 2 years will be so worth it to finally play this game.

When I'm watching video-game trailers feels like I'm watching a film trailers because video-game NEVER ever fails to hype me.

Trailer is way better than any other Marvel movie trailers in recent years.
