They can do it 😂. They finally got the rights since they bought Fox.

Warrens actual powerset is primarily flight and agility. The secondary ( post apocalypse) was bladed metal projectile wings and resistance enhancement. After that he had another evolution where he can change from both forms and a form of healing. Dunno if they kept all of it with the cloning process, but he got stronger, not to mention him, beast, and Iceman were the first x men to join avengers and the defenders.

3:35 How magic is handled is one of the few things I enjoy a bit more on the DC side. It feels a bit more grounded if that can even make a smidge of sense.

Marvel keeps it grounded by being avatars, and if you read/watch Dr. strange stories you would know there's a price when doing magic unless you are an avatar of a higher being.

@@eldirtyfaygo5395 I have & there is somewhat but it never hits with the same level of gravity that it does Constantine. Possibly because he is more of a human character with more visible imperfections that have caused him to use magic in ways that seem more relatable. Consequences just feel a bit heavier. DC has just been a lot more grounded and has not tried to throw the whole franchise into one cute, consumable omelette. When the dishes, vary in flavor to such an extent, sometimes sometimes it’s good to have dividers so the flavors don’t spill over & ruin the other dishes. That’s just life in general though. FmN

Which Spider, in Ben's case he is going to get folded. Peter has been able to tangle with the X Men he can out counter Wolverine. Peter has hunted the Sinister Six, Mary Jane, Norman Osborne several others including beating mind-controlled Avengers under the impression he was under mind control.

A while ago there was that story in Secret Wars where Spidey managed to clown on all of the X-Men until Charles just made him leave and wiped his memory. I don't know if we'll ever get a sequel to that only because I surmise, Spider-Man has been retroactively nerfed for the sake of story across the board. At least that's the vibe I get.

I think a lot of it had to do with the context of the story though, all the Xmen were caught off guard, and none of them were really acting in character for the sake of the story. I think in a fair fight where the x men had time to prepare, Spidey would still beat most low tier x men, but would definitely struggle to even hit ppl like storm/Iceman/kitty pryde.

When it comes to clones they try so hard to distinguish themselves apart from the original they don't react the same so the scenario is different. Ben is not doing what Peter would do, Madaline is not reacting the way Jean would be able to.

the sinners market had a group that bargained degrees of godhood for a percentage of a soul 50% godhood for 50% soul an the like. the docs soul was a lil tattered round the edges after exposure to the darker part of his craft which the sellers immediately took issue with due to strange wanting to go all in an all godhood. sorta like buying pure drugs an seeing immediately it's half phentinal. they didn't care that he didn't know they just cared that he couldn't deliver.

Jim Shooter took issue with Jean getting off consequence free for the D’Bari incident, so Chris suggested killing Jean in an emotional response to the back and forth he had, since he had already written the story initially and had to basically rewrite it. Jim agreed to the idea and Chris went ahead of it. Madelyne was in essence Jean’s replacement and Chris’s way of telling stories about Jean. Edit: 6:09 Sorta correct. This Madelyne Pryor is originally Baroness Madelyne Pryor from Secret Wars Inferno, who gained Magik’s powers over Limbo after that version of Magik’s death. Yes, after Secret Wars, she ends up popping up in Florida in All-New X-Men vol 2, but she later returns after that in X-Men: Blue where Teen Beast is trying to learn magic and she offers to help him to manipulate him into doing her bidding. She gathers her own team of X-Men from other realities to summon alt versions of Madelyne Pryor from across the multiverse, but is thwarted and subsequently sent to the deepest depths of Limbo, which is how she was turned in this way.

Love How Gambit used his powers to defeat Arch Angel. Blowing up the wings. He could do that so many more situations. Like Juggernaut ,Dr ocktopus, he should be able to charge Sentinels as well now I think about it.

I thought angel had a healing factor that could be used (his blood) to heal others as well? I don't know why he (angel) didn't keep his distance and aim for the boat putting holes in it and staying high up to watch and take out those that don't drown. They'd be far less mobile and capable of defense and counter attack when treading water. We need more Vets to write these things. Semper Fidelis

Man I just love what there doing with X-men on so many levels. Since Hickman its just been the most amazing ride. I know some people complain and gripe but just....shut it... ( Foot clan guy TMNT ) I just love this team. Maddie is so hot in this series. This whole group. So cool and no fear of killing at all. Angel...wow. Cannot get enough. I hope it stays half as good as it is now because I am in heaven.

Sabertooth in the pit had no access to the gateways when the mutants were forced off the island. Sabertooth's MO would be to kill those troops exactly the way they died. The island being a conscious being would want to protect itself, and the island would be able to let sabertooth out of it felt like it needed to.

Okay I find this to be a middling story with one thing that annoys me to no end what Marisol use in the story is not Chlorokinesis it's Mycokinesis and I don't know who to blame for this is it the writer or the artist. there is a big difference between plants and fungus, like fungus is closer to being animals then to being plants so until it stated somewhere that she also have Mycokinesis other than a artist or writer not knowing the difference F'ing hell.

You're right. However, the confusion between the two abilities started as far back as the character's inception in Storm's solo run (2014) where she exhibited both. So the Dark X-Men writer isn't really the one at fault here : The character has just always been written like this in terms of her powers and she never appeared again outside of the Storm solo. However, I have to say (because it was a gripe of mine back then too), Steve Foxe could have finally corrected this blatant mistake and misconception in this issue. After all, he did finally correct the common misconception that Azazel was a demon by having a direct line referring to him as a mutant (which he always was).

Oh yeah!

Like all they did was use nightcrawler and the alien from alien. And they put both of them together.

After all the killing Kitty Pryde pulled on her own in X-Men since Krakoa fell, calling Madelyne's Dark X-Men "Marvel's the deadliest X-Men" is a stretch at best and a horrendous exaggeration at worst. If we use Fall of X as our only reference, it's not even that hard to compare : Dark X-Men's total run time as of now is less than a day (we're still on the same night from the 1st to 3rd issue) and they only had 3 missions (where a few Orchis agents went down + Warren) while entire weeks have passed in X-Men since Kitty went full on Ninja.

Fall of x seems very interesting but it all over the place. It would be nice to seem connecting the characters together at some point. I like to see if cyclops escapes or dies sometime.

None of the mini series will be connected to each other I'm afraid. As for a connection between the minis and the ongoings, there will be cameos at most : The Jean Grey mini was referenced in Immortal X-Men series but it was surface level at best.
