Nightcrawler has always been my favorite X-men character and I wasn’t into Legends until recently so I picked this one up. Honestly kinda disappointed in this release. No sword or even a grab hand to hold a sword, the alt head isn’t all that different from the standard head and it’s nowhere near as posable as I was hoping for. Wish this guy had the same torso as the recent Spiderman figs with the waist crunch and ball jointed chest so he could get into even lower crouches. No boot cut also limits low poses and no bendy tail just seems like an odd choice. He looks great and I’m happy to have him but he’s less than I was expecting from a line that gave me my definitive Cyclops.

Yeah lack of boot cut swivel doesn't help with the kinds of poses he's capable of doing, like you said, needs to have articulation like an ML Spider-Man figure.
