For being such a stalwart and popular classic Iron Man villain, this figure is long overdue. Back in the day, Blacklash, Blizzard, The Beetle, and Spymaster were a kind of de facto super villain team. So it's nice to finally be able to complete that line-up.

Hope we get a modern whiplash and would like a mcu whiplash

I like the addition of music during the articulation section! Gives it a great fun pace

Iron Man 146 was the first Iron Man comic I ever owned. It was the issue in which this character started using the name Blacklash. I was definitely excited about this figure.

So happy to finally have this guy. I always loved iron mans rogues gallery

It's always nice getting more characters. Count Nefaria was also a good addition to the collections.

It's a sharp looking figure. The contrast of the lavender against the black really pops. He'll look great on a shelf and that's that counts with me.

My favorite version Whiplash is the one from Iron Man Armored Adventures. Anyone remember that show?

I remember that show it was my second favorite marvel show my first favorite was avengers earth mightiest heroes still wish they had a season 3 with thanos in it

For Count Nefaria, I would highly recommend reading Avengers 164-166. That's when he first gets his powers, and he is a powerhouse. I would also recommend most all of the 70s Avengers comics

3:01 They look like Bucky-Crap hands. Which would make sense why you think they're small. Weird that they didn't give him UK fists and trigger hands like some other figures on this mold; Blue Marvel, Hatut Zeraze, and Crossfire.

Whiplash was a must own for me.

Is she Hulk supposed to be taller than the Male characters? 🤔

Your lineup of the 5 Iron Man villains there proves my point perfectly from the She-Hulk vid. Look at them! Whirlwind, Blizzard, Dreadnight and Grey Gargoyle all look like true Marvel Legends!! Nice paint jobs. Then Whiplash sticks out like a sore thumb with his $3 paint aesthetic… it looks like toy, whereas the others look like collectibles

@@ShartimusPrime I’m not sure, I’m definitely not a pro or anything. I think it’s the purple that’s causing it to look “platicy” instead of like a collectible? Perhaps a wash or more tones, anything to break up the flat purple paint with no detail.

I’m a sucker for a long-haired man in tights with a matching purse.

In those colors, and a purse, why are you surprised that his wrist is limp?

Why has he got a "man bag" ? Is that where he keeps his make up? Cool looking figure, but the bag? Marvel Legends face sculpts are getting better, but it seems like a lot of money for a bit of plastic. I always feel like I've been short changed whenever I get a figure. Should have this, should have that. But never does.

to carry his whips in, what else? the problem is, this character was conceived in a time before "man purses" and "man buns" (it's a plume) so the kids don't get it.

I want the modern version of Whiplash. Not this.
