Totally love getting an 8 year old figure in a new box! They could have at least went pinless for the legs, and double-jointed for the elbows, to at least act like they were actually trying. No, I don't think any standard Marvel Legend is worth $28, barely worth $22

Yeah I stopped collecting ML about a year ago. I feel like $20 was the last acceptable price for this line, and even that was pushing it most of the time

Any Jessica Drew Spider-Woman figure sculpted without tremendous cakes isn’t a true Spider-Woman figure in my books.

They had to resculpt the upper torso on Super Skrull to add the arc-reactor, I don't understand why they didn't just get rid of the high-collar of the BAF in the process. I suppose it's to maximize the reuse from the base torso from the BAF, modified from the Hyperion buck, but it's definitely to the detriment of the final product.

Damn, this review was savage. 💀 Good thing I wasn't interest in this 2 pack.

I like to watch other reviewers just for entertainment purposes. But when it comes to actual reviews that are informative and objective as possible, nobody does it better than AC.

I'd say that's not a bad purchase at all. Unique sculpt, some paint, some accessories, bigger body... Sounds fair when it comes from DST because at least it's actually a new figure. Hasbro is just reusing an existing mold with some tweaks. Only downside is the articulation but it's still a nice figure tbh.

Man I hate how many times people complain about me saying the female figures should have definition Idk what’s so wrong about wanting accuracy but I’m just happy to see someone else thinks we need that for the female figures Some characters really need to have a lot of definition and it’s not pervy to want your spider women to look like a woman Someone I saw on Reddit asked if we think legends should have different bust sizes for certain female figures and it’s crazy how many people say no and that’s weird and I’m the only one saying yes they should because it’s ACCURATE!

Unrelated, but when Hasbro announced they were doing a new Hawkeye figure I was so excited. He was one of two characters I needed to complete my Avengers collection. After seeing the figure standing still, all excitement went out the door. *tiny shoulders that are too low on the body. Makes the head look too high and gives him a bit of a wimpy look. *bland looking expression *thighs stick out too the side (he’s using the RYV Spidey legs which is just weird to me. They should’ve used Vulcan *cheap looking cloth piece with black outlines on the rectangles but no shading or paint on the sculpted rectangles .Biceps look round and bubbly He just doesn’t look super hero like and good proportions make a difference. And it’s $50…… Guess my Avengers collection will have to do without a Hawkeye unless I find this one cheap somewhere or Mafex makes one. Thinking of just going Mafex in general for all my superhero figures. Hasbro just keeps getting more and more disappointing

Hawkeye's my favorite character and articulation is king, and yet, I have no interest in buying this Hawkeye. How they screwed it up this bad is beyond my comprehension, unless it's on purpose so they can make a better one later. They could have just altered the VHS Cyclops body but no. Bizarre!

No, none of these are worth close to 28.50, lol. I've been having fun scouting for Legends with slashed prices on Amazon - probably speaks well enough to what people actually think they're worth. But I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on all of these upcoming Avengers packs - I'm predicting mixed bags across the board, from what's been revealed. Some promising things, like the heads for Gray Hulk (same sculptor as the Retro Hulk heads); and a lot of worrying things, like Hawkeye's soft goods and Thor's torso paint and Bruce Banner's kissing lips. And basically the asking prices for everything. It'll be an interesting few months. Thanks for the review!

The only Marvel Legend I'd say even *approaches* worth the standard retail price is the recent Spiral, since she comes with a lot and feels like a substantial figure. And even then I don't think she's *quite* worth it.

I complained about Jessica/Skrull Queen not being on the new mold and some guy on twitter told me "Hasbro had to cut corners so they could release great figures like the Super Skrull"... Bro, what great figure??? lmao I'm surprised Hasbro can make a reused body look even worse, that has to be a super power or a special talent. Sad thing is people will still buy it because "the old Jessica is way too expensive so this is ok". I still remember that Deadpool figure from the Juggernaut wave. Bucky Cap with some new parts, unmasked headsculpt, lots of weapons and a freaking taco, all that for $20... Nowadays that would be a $40 "deluxe figure" by Hasbro's standards. Ridiculous. Hell, the new Hawkeye is $50 and it's still lacking...

The price of Legends is out of control. They're mostly reused parts with no sculpted details and minimal paint. I used to buy a few figures from each wave, but now I'll only buy 1 or 2 Legends per year.

Anthony what the absolute shit were they thinking, giving Super Skrull an ironman arm (you know, the guy whose primary offence is repulser blasts) with a fist. WHY. They implemented it very poorly imo there's no transition and it's S O DUMB. I don't know how this got more than an overall 1/10 honestly.

I'd be much more satisfied with paying $28 for a marvel legends figure if they lowered the price of the ones that clearly were made with less effort being a repaint with barely any accessories. If they knocked them down to 18-20 while selling the ones with dedicated sculpts, more paint and alternate heads for$28 it would be much easier to stomach

Depends on the figures. Most are in my collection. A figure being bad doesn't mean i hate it personally. I do sell some though. Can't keep everything. Need to make some money back and don't have unlimited storage

Super Skrull’s neck is gross. I actually kinda like how Skrull Queen/Spider-Woman looks. At least there’s paint where their needs to be paint unlike that Deluxe Cyborg Spider-Woman.

Definitely not worth $28, some are better than others but recently the quality has dropped substantially. So $28 it's way too much .

Is this set worth $58? No. I did, however, pick it up on clearance this week for $18, and I feel pretty comfortable at that price. I was only really interested in it because i was wanting a classic Spider Woman for my collection, and at that low clearance price, I can probably sell the Super Skrull on ebay to get most of my money back. I wouldn't recommend this set at full price, or even half price, really, but at 70% off, sure.

I want someone to find me someone built like that in real life😂😂😂

Wow. $28 for variants of the skrull characters unwanted. For the qotd - NO! I never buy a ML product at full cost. Haven't since last years Galactus. Hasbro's character selection (especially for BAFs), cheaper materials, reckless deco, and higher prices prevent me from spending more than $25. Understanding exactly what I am buying, I'd rather spend $28 on a Marvel Select.
