I love this Iron Man!!!! This is my favorite base armor for Tony.

It's amazing to finally have a Marvel Legends based on the Pentagon Armor, albeit with some deviations. It's the toy I always wanted. Apparently it was the base Iron Man armor for the early 2000's, I remember that design was everywhere! From comics to merchandise, thanks to both Adi Granov who created it and Scott Johnson who made the "commercial" version. If I recall correctly it was also the base armor in the legendary game "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance", which I played non-stop as a kid! And let's not forget both the Pentagon amd Extremis Armors were the inspiration behind the movie Mark III. Man, it's amazing to finally be able to hold an affordable toy of the Iron Man I grew up with before the 2008 film.

When I get mine I’m thinking of cutting away or shaving down/sanding down the excess overhang on the hand flaps so they can actually hinge back and do the repulsor blast

Great Iron Man, I cutoff a piece of the mushroom peg in the shoulder for better range

More excited for the eventual Model 25 Pentagon Armor repaint because of nostalgia. That armor was in X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse. 9:07 MCU Mark 3 & 7 repulsor hands might work for getting good straight arm poses. They're somewhat accurate with the hand plates.

Normally I don't like the non hinged repulser hands, but for this one I think that would have worked better with the hand plate being molded to fit the blast pose. I think a previous mcu Iron Man did that. Can't remember which one

Appreciate it, I’ve been off and on sick. The other day I had some pretty bad dry heaving. My throat is just recovering from that. It was all scratched up.
