Nightcrawler has always been my favorite X-Man. That's why this figure is what kick-started me into collecting Marvel Legends. Really wish I could get a Nightcrawler fig with 3 swords, so he could fight with one in each hand and one in his tail, as he did a few times in the comics.

Yep, my nightcrawler is perfectly fine. There's always going to be issues here and there with paint since these are mass produced pieces. Nothing against Anthony but after watching some of his reviews he's nitpicking at the smallest details for no reason. If he wants everything perfect he'd have to make the actual figure himself.

The other two heads should also have dark shading over the top portion

I noticed on mine the waist is curved slightly back, doesn't do much in terms of adding more articulation but thought it odd since I can't find any other figure with same waist, you think they ment to make it that way

So headed to get my preorder from gamestop and stopped at walmart. Saw 2 nightcrawlers bad paint. Picked up.my preorder bad paint. I think anthony customs is right about this release.

Not bad, it could easily be better... hell it could be almost perfect but then Hasbro had to think two full more minutes and spend 20 cents more so it's a tad to much to ask. I bought it, I don't regret doing it and I'm crossing my fingers for the rest of the eXcalibur figures and for them to be at least as good (knowing that better is, as said, a tad to much to ask). Thank you for the excellent review, you did good not letting yourself bee intimidated by those fanboys ;) (ofc I wasn't expecting anything less from you). Sorry to ask but do you think you're going to review the Marvel Legends Walmart exclusive Captain America 80th anniversary any time soon?

I've been buying some Avengers from the 80th and retro lines so I want to know if this Captain can fill the reserved Captain America seat on my shelf for the classic Avenger team. From what I've seen I believe that he can but there are some things I want to check out first. Thank you I will be waiting for it.

hasbro to me isn’t what I expect it to be. The beast figure was amazing it had its flaws but still bendy wire is a big part of these action figures. Doc ock I hate that figure. No bendy wire for his tentacles? Maybe neutral better positions if it doesn’t have bendy wire? Maybe a hinge at the clamps with no bendy wire? He gets nothing. He gets a new head and a new sculpt, he needed bendy wire and they just made him a HUGE let down.

It means that the figure shares the same base body mold with the Bucky Captain America figure (which was the original use of the mold, hence "Bucky Cap").

No. He just stands on his toes a lot and because he has those long feet it looks digitigrade but it's really not since he actually walks on the whole foot and not just the toes.

haha that paint on the body is what I like to call product push. You know when they're trying to get them out quick for the consumer and just say screw it's good enough for us it should be good enough for the collector as well when it's really not bunch of lazy people at Hasbro ! Lol any who great video I'll probably end up picking nightcrawler to have in my collection as well lol.

I think that all these ML should come with extra heads and hands. Their Beast should have had at least 3 heads. Especially if they are popular characters.

Stil no match for the old Galactus wave (i think it was) Nightcrawler.. apart form the head.. the head on that one was... bad. But then again.. you do not get bendy wire tails and articulated toes and fingers these days.-
