HoX Cyclops blast fits in the port on his forehead.

In regards to the new MODOK show: "It hits you weird when you get about half way through it". I couldn't have explained it better Robo. It took me a bit, but I really enjoyed it.

This one is a lot of fun - I gave mine a mod - I have lights in the eyes and the forehead…. It’s pretty cool So glad I don’t have to buy 7 figures to build it

I hunted him for 2 months, and he was just in Gamestop with Deluxe Thanos. I had the AIM 2 pack, and he's on my Villain shelf proudly. MODOK is absolutely fantastic imo. Also, I had no idea you could store his extra bits in him. Thanks for the inspiration!!

The $50 pricepoint is a definitely a bit much for a regular figure, but I feel like its pretty on-point for what is essentially a BAF in a box. I just thought this morning that perhaps they could give us a new Blob in this format.

I love the Modok with eyebrows and pupils in the intro. They make him look so much better and like the show version

I’m seriously gonna have to do the eye brows thing too, I like how it looks and it’s mostly Bc of the show, I really liked the show, just stupid fun like this figure

Yeah, much better than I originally thought!

I had to make a choice. I could either get MODOK or the Maestro. I took the Maestro pre-order. I just can't get into a giant head that looks like he expelling a fiery fart. So old, bald Hulk it is. And with the twenty bucks I saved, I pre-ordered Web-Man too.

After an Amazon fiasco (which has continued with all of my villains wave orders being cancelled or delayed) I finally got this figure about a month ago and as someone who's not super into M.O.D.O.K., this is probably on my top 10 Marvel Legends period, he has his own section on the villains shelf between the Avengers and X-Men villains. It just nails the look of the character I have in my brain, and I really like the subtle paintwork on the faces. The lack of articulation also doesn't bother me as he can still get in expressive poses, getting his arms forward with the open hands and yelling face makes for a hilarious 'what the hell is this!?!' look.

I kinda want it, buuuuut $50, can't do it, because I'm indifferent on the character itself. Price drop, though, absolutely! As a figure it really looks good. Great job as always, Robo!

I watched this with my new kitten Loki. She really likes your intros and any point where you are moving this figure around. This was weird but I'm going to keep doing it because it made me laugh.

Im watching this again April 2024..Modok has been on sale at Amazon for about $25 for a minute now.. but at ANY price..its one of my FAVORITE Marvel Legends & a MASSIVE UPGRADE from that MINIATURE Toy Biz BAF!

I'm going to be getting this one. You've shown me everything I expected about it in terms of movement, but I was surprised about the assembly required. It seemed like a drawback at first, but it looks fun lol

Perfect timing, I walked into my local target once again looking for some sweet plastic. Came across 3 MODOK's snagged one of course, now trying to decide if I am going to do custom light up eyes on him. Love the review man keep them coming.

I have had this guy for I think a year or two and I LOVE IT!

Loved my toy biz , bought it on retail when it came out, & believed still the better figure, til recently when I got my Hasbro modok, & I concede its an improved, updated version..

Love this figure. Just got the toy biz version in the mail today. Love the show on Hulu

I wasn't going to buy this guy with the $50 price point, but luckily i got a great deal at my GameStop for only $20! So i now have a M.O.D.O.K. for the collection!

I had this on preorder at BBTS for a while, then decided I didn't need him. Canceled the preorder and even left him on the shelf when I saw him at Target and Gamestop. A few weeks later I saw him on Amazon for $42 w/free shipping and decided I wanted him again, lol. I missed out on the Toybiz, so I figured why not? Even though I dont have any AIM soldiers, he'll look good on my villain shelf...

"I saved myself five dollars but I spent an extra 50!" Hah I feel called out.

I love this figure, got it when it first came out! Keep it on my work desk with the angry face so I can not so subtly let out how I'm feeling

@@TheFwoosh I thought that too. It just seems weird that they wouldn't just make a slightly thicker box and have him in one piece. Then again, they did that MCU Giant Man BAF again and literally had him crouching in the box instead of making a bigger box XD

My M.O.D.O.K I got from Walmart had the same bottom knee problem luckily I was just able to put the leg under some hot water and got both joints moving

Bought mine from mcu collector 24 and hes out for delivery today!

the eyes has different whites for the iris and the sclera, great detail.

Great review as always, sir.I want this but I'm waiting until Has-lab-palooza to see when I can buy him. If we're getting Galactus and the Rancor then I'll be seeing Mr. MODOK much later.

Damn his face looks so detailed and the rest of the colors on it looks dope! I didn’t think te $50 was worth it but it is...

Out of curiosity, is Robo's heat gun music original or is it from somewhere? I really like it.

I usually don't care much about the articulation sections, but it seemed extra extra this time. I wonder how much of a focus was given to the articulation of the hover chair in the deluxe Professor Xavier review. I have little hope for a Blob like this. Not only can you still find Modok on the shelves, he can be had for less than retail on the resale apps if you search hard enough.

I like the hasbro model better, more cartoony. my bug is the lack of soldiers available. modok should never be alone on shelves. I d need at least 4 soldiers with him on display to have a nice scene. I collect gi joe, and my cobra commander has no soldiers yet... it makes me really un satisfied when I look at my display. some figures look good alone, but others really don t. as an army builder, this collection is torture! good show!

Word to the wise of other M.O.D.O.K. owners. You've reached your limit as soon as the calves touch & or fit the back of the thigh symmetrically. It almost hurt my heart when you kept trying to bend it further and the poor guy was flung off. The vertical mobility axis for his legs is slightly beyond 90 degrees. It's more than enough.
