Got to use both too.. and even tho I think the Wiha have a tiny edge over the marvel in terms of finishing quality.. I ended up just staying with marvel. They are lighter and smaller.. and so on handle better, despite me already having huge hands. Marvels are genius, once you got the hang of them, you can do some real magic with them 😏

I found them on eBay!
the insulation on the Marrvel pliers while not having a tested rating have more than enough insulation to cut and strip a single live cable that is never going to be higher than 250VAC. The pinch cut Marvels have the same insulated handles for a couple of decades before the cross cuts came on the market, and I never receive a shock using them. VDE has become a sale gimmick with the added down side, the handle insulation is far thicker, making them unnecessarily bulky in the hand.
