Im a huge serral fanboy. When i play i try to emulate 5% of what he does flailing around like a fish out of water. But there is just something about dark that is so entertaining.

I love how Dark actually uses Ricky whenever he pops up.

Man I looked up this series and saw there was a legends part, where MMA, Mvp, Stephano and MC battled it out, man that was awesome to see!

The roaches shooting themselves in their confusion. Winter is the fucking best bro. I don't even really play the gam anymore but his commentary always. Always brightens the day.

It was very nice of Maru to constantly be out on the map. Trading marines for roaches while Dark was maxed out meant that Maru never had enough marines and Dark always had the supply to make more roaches.

It’s because Maru got behind in a couple of those games and wanted to exert pressure on Dark to limit expansions, force out units instead of drones, and discourage counter attacks, all while Zergs lack anti-air against Terran medevacs. The problem was Dark’s defense was so on-point and was consistently a step ahead in reading Maru’s movements with impeccable Queen positioning.

Both player cards are super fkin awesome lol, love it. The Final Boss. The Man The Myth, The Maru.

You definitely had some funny one-liners in this one. Thx for the laugh and ggs

Game 7 of the finals, and you know it's serious when Dark calls on Ricky.

I love how Maru was just getting repeatably punched in the face during the first 3/4 of game 1, even losing those medivacs to queens and he still kept calm and kept getting back up. It's like that one episode of South Park with Randy Marsh vs. Batdad. "Hey Batdad, I didn't hear no bell."

Upgrade advantage and sublime decision making and what seemed to be a slight brain fart from Dark. That 1st game was the Terran wet dream.

Maru was impecable in the first game. What an amazing push.

It's hilarious at the end of game 2 how that Liberator and Viper were both looking at the same hatchery with murder in their eyes.

Lezzgo.. Dark opening with a 5 roach ravager harass..in game 1 as Maru opened up in a defensice way with a marine instead of a reaper..

These 2 players are so ridiculously skilled it's like watching a different game...

Even as a German I really enjoy your "diligence" in language and would appreciate you as official commentator. Yet, I think the same reason I enjoy your commentating (okay you humor comes before), is the reason they don't choose you: it's harder to understand you than others. Yeah people like lowko. I like him to. But you are like wine or whiskey. The longer I drink, the better you get. Keep on going man. PS: where is the soundtrack about minute 35/36 from?

FYI, this is slightly out of order - Ancient Cistern was map 1 and Dragon Scales was map 2.

Last game looked like a ladder game. Maru cuts every corner and attacks with a huge amount of marines. Dark greeds as hard as he can and then defends with bunch of larvaless, gasless queens.

@@broastedgarlic7354 Jaedong sometimes uses queens, but rarely (for ensnare). And there was one b-tier zerg pro who almost always used queens (but I do not remember his name).

Awesome games! Some early GG's... would've like to see one or two of those games grind out a little longer! I like watching the chaos and the attempts to hold, even if success is low.

The 67 drone build is just retarded. Never ending all-in that has basically no downside, allowing Zerg to max out at 7:20, and you can still keep the Terran at worse eco than you have. But balance council cares more about Raven timings in TvP

Great matchups. Don't meant to pry but are there any specific Protoss tutors you can recommend who take requests? Tried studying your low APM guides and build orders but they don't seem to help- I've still lost over 1000 MMR this year. It's beyond frustrating.

It's crazy. A lesser player (me) would've built marauders considering the enemy comp was entirely roach/rav. But no, for Maru, it is the Marine...

There's a typo/spelling mistake in the card for Maru - ... Amur instead of what I'm presuming is supposed to be Armour (Armor U.S. spelling).
