If there were advanced degrees for Relaxing, Maru would be Maru PhD. I wonder what Miri is saying to the birds. Is it "I want to catch you" or "How can I fly up there" or "Come down here" or something else? Hana certainly loves her food. And it shows...

Love Miri’s chirping and wanting to after the birds. Maru is dead to the world;I would love to pet that tummy. He has gotten too big to fit into that box. ❤️❤️❤️🙏

Maru putting his face into Mommies hand before breakfast. Miri calling the birds and Hana proclaiming it's time to eat. Maru loves to be in splendid isolation the tent is just a big box. Air mattress out for repairs so Maru naps on the bench. Miri climbes the tree for a while but checks on the other two. They all like to be in the garden before it's time to stay in the house.

Maru is absolutely trusting exposing his belly all the time to rubs and standing still facing forward to let Mama pet his face so vigorously... seems rare for cats and you have to have a person with good energy around for this to happen.

Even mighty samurai need to feel loved. 😉 Miri's bird imitations are getting better.

I think Maru is unaware of his large size . No box is too small for him!

While Miri challenged the teasing birds to "come down here and say that to me!" Maru melted perfectly on the bench and Hana waited patiently for her bed to return from wherever airbeds go to when they deflate. 😸

Been following Maru for years..i bet hes up there in age now!! But hes still so.playful❤❤❤

The tent is the perfect cat heaven: all the comfort and coziness of indoors plus the fresh air and smells of outdoors.

Maru is what's called a "flat cat" laying on the couch in the cat tent ⛺️ and belly rubs are welcome! 😊💙 Miri napping before breakfast is very cute showing off her many pink toes! 🐾🩷
