Marty is never get rust. He is like a fine wine. The older he gets, the better his taste. I love every tone he picks.

Marty said in an interview i read (can't remember where) that this new album is the spiritual successor to Scenes. It has that sound, instrumentation, etc... wich is awesome, because it's my all time favorite album from MF. My mom likes country and pop, and she requests I play Scenes when I'm taking care of her. It's a relaxing album. Beautifully done.

It certainly does, I love that album. I remember special ordering that record on CD from HMV back in the early 90's I waited months for it to arrive. I still have it 2024!
It is awesome that Marty Friedman is back with the album that reminiscences Scenes. That is what we need right now, really. An album that shows sensibility and care for serious music. Thank you, Marty.
Marty sure can nail a key change.

I'm always searching for awesome new rock i haven't heard, and dang glad i found this💯❣️
it's simply magnificent. Only Marty can seek his melodies from the depths of the soul; he is one of the best virtuoso melodists. long live this brilliant composer

That's a great category! "Virtuoso melodist" style of playing is what I've always loved and aim to become, but couldn't describe it briefly. Marty is indeed one of the greatest virtuoso melodists guitar players ever!
Fantastic, beautiful, touching. So melodious. What a great guitar player !
The first part sounds like a Piazzolla tango in the late 70s. Exquisite way to play Marty. You're the greatest!

This man achieved with his melodies what many cannot, his music heals the soul. Thank you Marty "Angel" Friedman👼❤
Marty's use of dissonance, bending, and vibrato are unmatched. Every single no is a master class in phrasing.
His style is as iconic as any of the legendary players, Beck, May, Hendrix...because his style is HIS style. I know it's Marty from note one. Always unique, always killer.
Reminds me of Scenes & Introduction , two of my favourite albums from Marty Friedman 👍

Marty friedman is not making guitar records he is making music masterpieces like this one ❤. Love you Marty.
I've always been a fan, so it's nice to see Marty getting the praise he deserves. He's one of my favorite guitarists of all time and I've been listening to them for more than 50 years now. I've already pre-ordered the album. I can't wait to hear more of this virtuosic musicianship. 🎸🤘✌️

You sent me light years away from this galaxy and back into love...relaxation and tension. Carousel. And back into love and hope. Thank you for this magic
thank you for curing my soul
Marty puts everything into every note, every nuance...it almost needs be slowed down to appreciate. He's not like other fast players who just trigger notes. Incredible feeling and beauty in his playing. And his pitch and vibrato...worth the ticket price alone. Inspiring!
This is another masterpiece from Marty. Evokes the elements from his earlier works like Be, Devil Takes Tomorrow, Undertow - especially those distinctive arpeggio runs and pre and overbends
I can’t explain my feelings, just heard my first Marty Friedman solo song and I am blown away. This is great. GREAT!❤️
The essence of modern Japanese composers, as well as his personal taste in this song, makes a beautiful blend.. always a joy to listen to Marty.
Unbelievable! I recognize Marty's sound
I am overjoyed with absolute admiration for Martys incredible talent! His playing, so melodically beautiful and emotionally wrapped in gorgeous phrasing - every note speaking volumes to the soul. The emotions I felt listening to this today after it just being released I cannot describe with words - His music is once in a lifetime we are so lucky to be able to witness the musical genius that is Marty Friedman 🎸🤝😆😆😆😆😆

I'm not sure if Marty listened to much Beck, although they have some similar approaches to melody. I do know that Jason Becker was a huge Jeff Beck fan and it shaped his approach to melody while Marty influenced him and vice versa - so there might be some overlap. Either way, it's awesome to hear new Marty stuff, especially like this. No one else plays or sounds like him whatsoever.

Maryy Friedm! never gets old!😂
Marty is Marty! So Unique, so special, so Beautiful, So Melodic, So Exotic and full of Soul! Simply amazing after all these years!
Beautiful melodies as always😍🎸 That tango flavoured introduction is awesome! 🎶🇦🇷
This is pure art. I'm so in love with this song. I'm really looking forward to the transcription of this piece to be able to play it. Marty, you're a true artist and an inspiration.
Another Master Piece, Thank You Master❤❤❤🤘🏻
Marty is one of the Best 👍
マーティ最高やね❤❤❤ 素晴らしいギター🎸ミュージシャンだ😊
最高!引き込まれてくー!
He always nailed to create this kind of melody
Amazing, as always!!! Marty just has the most unique style and sound. And those diminished, whole-tone/augmented runs, and melodies. Only Marty can play the way he does. And yes! He does have the most amazing hair, ever!
Holy eff, got goosebumps by the melody
I'm grateful for this piece of music. I would say more, but I don't have the words
When marty says in a interview only playing speed run just random notes without any melody is trash its true... only play run between in melody whenever needed thats what his song says always❤
Love it! Reminds me of Scenes. And its great to see Marty using the Kelly on the cover.
Amazing marty is the best of the best everyone just copies him in metal today him and jason becker are my favs ❤ what a beutiful song.

Ah damn....That's again fuckin' amazing.
another masterpiece, had Marty on the phone about 30 years ago, time flies!
whoaaaa 😍
No one else sounds or plays like Marty. You only need to hear one note and you know it's him. The only other person to capture that kind of thing is Jason Becker. I still can't believe we were lucky enough for them to play together.

@musicbynaush I'm all aware of that , and I have no problems with that, I was just saying from the megadeth perspective, that I still believe megadeth would be way better musically and more successful with a reunion, and it was also an innuendo towards a stubborn Mustaine... but hey, if Marty is happy, then I'm happy 🫡
